Minutes from Ronald Regan HWY and I-75, Minutes away from Procter and Gamble Winton Hills and P&G downtown offices. And minutes from GE Even dale location. Close to several hospitals' minutes from Tri-Health Finney town, Jewish Hospital in Kenwood Ohio. UC Hospitals in West Chester Ohio and Bethesda North in Fairfield Ohio. Close to Kings Island and other Cincinnati events. Minutes away from University of Cincinnati Ludlow campus and close to Xavier University. Close to Kroger Finney town, Bob Evans Restaurant, LaRosa\'s pizza, Graeter\'s famous ice cream and bakery within walking distance to the home. Near Finney town YMCA and Planet fitness gym. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and attached single car garage that fits one small compact car or SUV and you can close the garage door and walk into the home from the garage that is for safety.
