Great Location! 2 Houses for large groups!!

Two charming houses together make this a great vacation for the whole group. The first house sleeps 10 with plenty of space and the cottage next door can sleep additional 4 people. Both houses have yards great for BBQs, playing cornhole, and sitting by the fire roasting s'mores. These houses are centrally located dt GJ -just blocks from restaurants, shopping, and sporting events. So much to do within miles - hiking, biking, and sightseeing. CO National Monument, Grand Mesa are short drives.

Wonderful property in a great location for our multi-family group. There were 6 adults and 3 teenage children with more than enough room for all. Very clean, well equipped property! Lovely decor, cozy and comfy. Would recommend to anyone and absolutely stay here again! Hassle free check in and out and great communication with Connie, thank you so much!

Fantastic Stay

The house was so beautiful and comfortable, and absolutely perfect for my (now) husband and our bridal parties leading up to our wedding. Could not recommend it more highly and would absolutely stay again!

Downtown homes

Beautiful properties. Greatly appreciated the central air conditioning!! Very close to downtown but not close enough to walk. Lots of parking. Wonderful Place and would recommend anyone to stay.

We had a great stay. The home was especially lively. Everything clean and so comfortable. Host was so responsive and helpful. This was a wonderful property. Low key neighborhood. A gem.

Grear Stay in Grand Junction

Four couples. Both homes were exactly as described. All rooms were clean and comfortable. Enough room for everyone and great backyard for gatherings. Would stay again in a second.

Beautiful homes with plenty of room!

Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay very much. We had plenty of space to hang out around the large dining table, and kitchen visiting and eating. The location was perfect, and in a beautiful neighborhood.

Great Property and Location in Downtown

Both house were great and had everything we needed. Easy walk to downtown. Connie was very responsive and quickly helped us recover an item that was left behind.

Two cute cottages in town

This place was perfect for our family of 11. Tons of amentites and space, and an easy walk to restaurants downtown. It had ample parking and a great spot out front to sit, drink coffee, and enjoy the birds and sun each morning.

Absolutely perfect

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Connie was a great host who was helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and the included extra touches were a nice surprise. Air conditioned rental homes were hard to find in GJ and this home stayed very cool during the 100+ degree days. Would absolutely recommend!!

Grand Junction Gem!!!

We have traveled all across the country and stayed at many vacation homes. Tom and Connie have one of the best ones we have been at and they are such great owners. The place was perfect for our families and we loved every minute of it. We will definitely book it again the next time we are in GJ.
