Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in the glamorous seaside suburb of Camps Bay, the sophisticated and stylish retreat is perfect for discerning guests looking for luxurious levels of privacy and comfort.



The Space:

Spectacular sea views float through spacious, open-plan living spaces and out onto wide, embracing terraces that seemingly connect with the sea. Contemporary-chic décor enhances the beach-house appeal, while minimalist hues of white and cream allow the myriad of blues in the ocean views to be the central focus.



Eight beautifully appointed bedrooms are elegantly furnished and boast breathtaking views. Spacious open-plan living spaces command magnificent ocean views, while two outdoor barbecue areas, a large sun deck, a 12 seater Jacuzzi and two splash pools offer the perfect place to sun-worship and entertain.



The villa has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and Nespresso machine. The open-plan dining area seats 16 for dinner and seamlessly connects with the outdoor dining terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. A contemporary-chic lounge has a wood-burning fireplace and satellite television and has access to the outdoor dining terrace with stunning ocean views.



The beautifully appointed bedrooms are spread evenly over the house with three on the top level, three on the middle level, and two on the lower level. All bedrooms are stylishly decorated in fresh whites and natural hues and have queen-size beds, en-suite, or shared bathrooms with walk-in showers, and ample storage space. Sumptuous furnishings and imported finishes add stylish appeal and each room has beautiful views of Lion’s Head, Table Mountain, or the vast Atlantic Ocean.



Extensive terraces and balconies are situated on each level of the house, offering breathtaking mountain and sea vistas. Dine under the stars with friends at the built-in barbeque on the pool deck or float in one of the two splash pools as you savour the views.



The house has two off-street parking spaces and is fully secure with an alarm. A short drive will take you to the bustling palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay with its plethora of beach bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Table Mountain Cableway and the V&A Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away.



This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Getting Around:

MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.

Perfect accommodation for large family/freinds holiday accommodation, especially in summer to make full use of all amenities. Enough areas to provide individuals privacy when desired. On arrival ,ensure that hot water is fully functional and safes operational. While the kitchen is well stocked with cooking requirements you do need to bring your own basics to start off like coffee,tea ,milk, sugar ,laundry detergent, which are normally supplied in a hotel. Knowing all this ,we will book again in future. The views make it exceptional.
