My husband and I stayed at this apartment for our weekend in Grand Forks. The apartment is spotless and extremely well-appointed. It was in a great location, quiet and basically perfect.

We would definitely stay here again. It was very nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. The provisions (towels. toiletries, etc) were plenty and thoughtful.

I’ve rented four times from the property manager, Jake. The property is close to the UND campus and shopping. It’s super quiet and the parking is free.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. The beautifully decorated and spacious apartment provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. Beautiful place

Came to Grand Forks to watch my nephew play hockey at UND. This was a great place for us (2 couples) as we both had our own bathrooms + laundry. Very convenient. Very clean and modern unit. We would recommend the hosts provide an information sheet with information for the wifi password, TV channels, how to check out etc. We were missing some things (TP, dish towels); however every time we reached out, the management responded quite quickly We would definitely book again.
