Location was perfect. Loved the lookout perch on the top level. Enjoyed the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and pool. Very clean and comfortable unit.

The house was perfect for a girls vacation with our kids. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. The proximity to the beach was great and the community pool was super close and clean.

We had one of the best stays we've ever had in Port Aransas at this property. It was very clean, well-maintained, and every detail was great quality! From the quality cooking utensils and appliances to the comfortable beds. The location was great, and we felt truly at ease with all the amenities provided. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely return!

Excellent, beautiful condo. Lovely decor, very comfortable furniture and beds. Modern and spacious. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Excellent location. The pool on premises is very cute and clean, we enjoyed it very much. The condo has a balcony on the second floor and another smaller one above that— it was so wonderful to get such a good view of Port Aransas. We had 3 kids under the age of 10 and they absolutely loved playing upstairs with the toys and board games that were available. It was really well supplied with plenty of appliances to choose from. We will definitely look for this place on our next visit!

2nd time staying

This place is SO clean. We stayed in 2023 and again last weekend. I will book again. Neighbors were quiet. I appreciate the outdoor shower and hose for sand. There are some stairs but they aren’t a problem.

Great for the whole family!

We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend. This townhome was perfect for the 8 of us. The two families that stayed had kids that ranged from 3 to 17 and there was plenty for them to do while we weren’t at the beach. The kitchen is stocked better than any vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in and it seems the owners thought of every detail when stocking the house for occupants. The community pool was never crowded we had it to ourselves most of the times we went.

Very nice place, but lots of stairs.

The golf cart is not part of the stay. It cant be rented. This unit has a nice overlook. If you have bad knees, this is not your place, but this place is really relaxing and easy to get to. Has a station outside to rinse you feet and all the utensils you need to cook that fish you just caught. Very clean place and good price. You will enjoy!

Amazing !!!

Everything in this house is shiny and new. It’s all beautifully well thought out I had forgotten beach towels and they even had a whole stack of beach towels for people to use. The washer and dryer are large capacity, which was great!! They had coffee filters, Keurig, K cups. Regular coffee, new Tupperware, Ziploc bags. Everything in the kitchen was spotless and beautiful. The best part about the house is, there’s an entire back section with an outdoor shower and hose for you to hose off all the sand. The community pool was a really cute and well cleaned. Absolutely will stay there again!
