The sleeping area offers a queen size bed with nightstands and a place to unpack your belongings. A twin size window couch offers additional space for one person across the room in the living area. The kitchenette is stocked with a sink, undercounter refrigerator, toaster oven and coffee pot. The kitchen counter incudes a dining spot with two bar stools. The living area offers two comfy chairs and a mounted smart tv. A large bathroom with a spacious tile walk-in shower, vanity and toilet area as located just off the sleeping area. The entire guest house offers lots of windows with amazing views! Outside you will find a nice private patio that includes a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs as well as a porch swing. A nicely landscaped yard and private parking space are located right in-front of the of guest house. The main house for this Bull Wheel property is located about 50 yards away and may be occasionally occupied by the home owners. While a very friendly couple they will give you your space!
