We paid in full in March and arrived the day of check in to find out it was double booked. The owner we talked to said that he didn’t know anything about our booking. So not sure if this falls on Expedia or the property, but messed our vacation right up. We were planning to do Drumheller the next day before continuing south. There was no hotel in Three Hills or Drumheller for our family so we had to drive to Calgary. Our kids were very disappointed we didn’t get to go to Drumheller. Very frustrating!
Either Expedia needs to figure things out better or this owner needs to keep track of his booking system better. I am also still out of my money!
