Our family had a wonderful time staying at this home! It was super clean and comfy, and also had an awesome backyard. Location was great too, easy walk to the beach and tons of good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Would totally stay here again!

This is a super cute beach house. Very comfortable. All the attention made to details inside and out. Has a great yard for bbq and lounging by the firepit. Close to restaurants. We walked down to the beach a couple times. About 5 minute walk. The host is so responsive and helpful. We would definitely return to this vacation rental.

Host was excellent. Incredibly accomodating and immediate to respond. The property was in a perfect location for my family and we had a great time. I am looking forward to staying there again!

Great place

Great rental house near the beach. Warm and clean hot tub, air conditioning, fire pit and driveway in a quiet residential neighborhood. We all had a great time.

Place was very clean, backyard is a great place to hang out with the fam after a day at the beach! Set up was nice as two of the bedrooms are connected and share a bathroom, so the kids and I were in that area and my parents in the seperate room. (Might not be ideal for 3 couples, though.)FYI - the beach is about 3 blocks away but it is a surfing beach, so we ended up driving down to Law St Beach so the kids could safely swim. It's a 5 min drive but parking can be a nightmare.There were a lot of little things that were frustrating so added up it felt like we paid alot for not having 5-star "service." BBQ ignitor was broken; I had to go buy a lighter bc one wasn't available so dinner plans were delayed. Out of the 4 beach chairs, 2 have totally ripped seats so they're garbage. Umbrella and post aren't same set, so we'd carted umbrella and chairs to the beach and couldn't use any of it. I sent a long list of these types of things to the owner and got an AI-generated response saying "Thanks for your stay. Let us know if you have any suggestions." If the response had been different I would've given 5 stars here and assumed things would be addressed. As the place stands now with my list of things that need to be addressed, however, it's over-priced.
