Beautiful Lakefront Condo! GREAT LOCATION accommodating up to 8 guests!

Lakefront, 2-bedroom 2-bath condo overlooking the main channel! This stunning view of the 22 MM comes with the complete package as it is beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming and not only features panoramic views, but the open floor plan makes it the perfect inviting getaway. It features upgraded flooring, a screened in furnished deck and outdoor balcony with grill, a covered deck with a wraparound walkway, 12x28 boat slip only steps away from the condo available for use at your request, and ample parking. This complex is very close to the many golf courses the lake has to offer, as well as Margaritaville, water parks, shopping centers, mini-golf, go-carts, caves, horseback riding and many popular restaurants and/or nightlife attractions as well! Walmart and Dierbergs are closely located for groceries and drinks. Popular restaurants nearby are Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, Landshark, Shorty Pants, and for breakfast you must try The Cozy Cafe. For those that would need boat rental services, Port of Indecision Marina at Margaritaville offers boat rentals nearby.

Condo accommodates 8 comfortably - 1 king size bed in Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 double size bed and 1 twin size bunk bed in 2nd bedroom, 1 double size pull-out sofa bed in the living room with fireplace and dining area, and 2nd bathroom with sink and shower. All bedrooms include a Smart/Roku TV including the living room. Free Wi-Fi is available for use and all linen is included with rental. Kitchen is fully equipped, and laundry is also provided which includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Association has community outdoor pool overlooking the main channel with 3 gazebos/fans, picnic deck, a tennis court, basketball hoop, and children's play area. Our guests are also permitted to fish from the shoreline or off any of the 4 docks at Breakwater Bay.

1 designated parking spot and extra guest parking is available.

$115 cleaning fee will be charged per stay and a $100 pet fee will be charged per stay for those with pets. Guests will also be responsible for any damages they cause. If any damages are reported to VRBO the owner can make a claim that can be charged back to renter. The renter is assessed and any damage and/or rule violation fees from the association, those charges will be paid by renter. ***Smoking is not allowed***

I really enjoyed my time at this condo, I thought with how the pictures looked there was an extra bedroom, but communication when our power went out was wonderful and I thought the place was well cleaned. I would come again!

Lake trip

We enjoyed the condo, it is spacious and we loved the screened in porch with the fan!! The view was beautiful being right on the lake! The kids enjoyed the pool! The owner was very quick to respond with any questions! The decor is a nice plus, gives a nice lake/beach vibe!

Spring break

Great accommodations. Clean and had everything you need in kitchen, close to stores and restaurants. Utilized the boat dock would recommend using the performance boat launch as it’s much closer by land and minutes from condo by water. Would come back as other amenities such as pool during peak season.

Short Trip

We wanted to take a short trip with our dog Chief, he has bone cancer and has never been on vacation with us. So we were really thankful to find this condo that welcomed dogs. All the rooms were excellent in size and we had a great view of the lake! The weather was not great so we couldn’t use the screened in deck but it is definitely a great feature. Close to good restaurants and groceries.

Wonderful

We definitely recommend staying here. Convenient location. Close to activities yet still in the middle of nature. Beautiful view. Plenty of room for myself and my husband, my son, his wife and the two grandkids. Also nice we could bring our little Shih Tzu. I never cook on vacation so I can’t comment on that. The fridge was large and the ice maker worked great.

Last Minute Family Get Away

Great location, the host was quick to respond and great to work with! The condo was as described and perfect for our family of 4. The only issue was, the boat slip was not usable... it had a lift that was dilapidated and we could not pull our boat in... my husband just ended up putting our boat in another slip, other than that the rental was great!

Quiet and Quaint

Overall the stay was great. Nice area and very quiet. The condo was clean but could use some upgrades. There was pet hair on the blanket, but that was no problem because there was new bedding in the closet. Just keep in mind it is pet friendly for those who have pets which is a plus. Communication with the owners was great. Very nice people from the email and text communication. Overall I would stay here again. Price was very fair and favorable!

Nice place, good host response, cleaning company needs work

The condo was an older unit but met our needs with furnishings and a lovely screened-in porch overlooking the lake. The cleaning company had left laundry in the washer and dryer, showers covered in soap scum, and a dirty grill that lit on fire when used. The host was quick to respond and work with us. Because the cleaning company did not accommodate our first request for a "touch up" we ended up doing the cleaning ourselves and received a refund for the cleaning fee. Overall, our stay was good, comfortable bed, wonderful view, good arrangement for our needs. There is no swimming off the docks in the area but the pool was fantastic.

We Didn’t Stay

This place was disgusting. Huge amount of dog hair everywhere. Windows so dirty we couldn’t see out of them. Bedding gross. Maid was there. Said there was no sweeper and therefore nothing had been swept for weeks. Looked like a dog or human had thrown up on the screened in porch and never thrown up. Little to no communication other than excuse from the owners. Blaming us for trying to check in early. However I had emailed asking if early check in was an option but never heard back from owners. So we tried but the maid was there so we told her we would be back at check in time. I’ve got pictures and video. NOT MUCH HELP FROM VRBO EITHER. Don’t stay here.

Don't Rent This Place

Don't let the pictures & cute decor fool you. Pros: they allowed us to bring our 3 small dogs. Cons: No communication from host. I had to message them after check-in time for door code. Didn’t respond when door lock batteries were low & didn't answer VRBO'S call. Towels in hall bath were folded up wet so we had to wash towels before they could be used. Dog hair everywhere! You pay an extra 150 cleaning fee to bring dogs so you would expect the window sills & furniture not to be covered in dog hair. Toilets were moldy. Hall shower backed up so it couldn'tbe used & curtains in both showers were moldy. Box springs in master bed was so squeaky it would wake us if one of us rolled over. When I ran load of towels & dishwasher it smelled like sewer water. All of the pans were so filthy we couldn't cook in them. No extra trash bags. The bath towels were old & stained. No BBQ grill and the patios and furniture were so warn out & dirty we didn't sit out there at all. We would have found other lodging but with 3 dogs that's almost impossible. We did end up leaving a day early because we couldn't take it anymore. This place ruined our time at the lake and we missed out on time with our family & friends.

The overall condominium property is very nice. However this particular unit was just simply unclean. The owners mention a gas grill on the patio. The listing shows pictures of it. But it was not there. We planned meals around having a grill. So its absence was noticed severely. The unit has great potential but it needs to be deap cleaned. Or just simply cleaned in general. The bed sheets had stains, animal hair, and human hair on them. I had to take them off and wash them. There was garbage left from previous tenants in some waste bins. Under the bed was a dirty saucer with dried cat food on it, a dirty sock, and some random garbage. Because my overall impression of the place was “dirty,” I washed any kitchen utensils and cups, plates, glasses before using them. The unit made my weekend a weekend of extra work. I do not recommend.
