Welcome to your luxurious 3 bedroom home away from home! A stylish and functional place to stay in Broad Ripple: an arts district suburb of Indianapolis. You're less than 5 minutes from the main strip of Broad Ripple, yet the backyard is 99 acres of woodland with trails leading to a beach of the White River. You'll love waking up to the sounds of nature right in the backyard. Between local music venues, indie coffee shops, and unique restaurants; you're sure to find your niche here in Broad Ripple!

You'll enter the home into your formal living room with 65" Smart TV, custom velvet sofa, and 2 cozy chairs. Walk a few steps to the beautiful dining room with a crystal chandelier and seating for 6! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook to your hearts content!

This is a duplex with cinder block soundproofing between the units. There are no shared spaces with the other side of the home!

You may hear traffic or night life, mainly over the weekends-but that goes for any stay in Broad Ripple!

Our group stayed here for a golf trip. It was perfect for our group of four. We would have breakfast at the property before leaving to play golf. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Visit with Family on Indy’s Northside

This was such a convenient space for our visit, close to so many good experiences in Indy; the art museum, children’s museum, Zoo. Located so close to trails made it easy to enjoy our stay and visit Broad Ripple and Holliday Park. The house is simple and clean with everything we needed to be comfy for 5 nights. Thanks!

I would stay there again!

The property is as described. We are pleased with our stay and if needed would stay there again. The area was fantastic. We really appreciated the book of greeting with all the helpful information. Two of our party need to be gluten and dairy free, so the suggestions were great. And the information on the trails was very helpful too. I would recommend staying with them hands down.

Butler Graduation

Our family enjoyed spending the weekend at this location. The boys was adorable and very accommodating. Everything was neat, clean, and appeared to be just recently updated. The beds were very comfortable, which is something we had not experienced in the past. The location to the college and downtown Broad Ripple was perfect! The graduation note and surprise was greatly appreciated and so thoughtful. When the opportunity arises again for a weekend in the area, we will definitely seek out this location!
