Scottsdale Paradise near Old Town & ASU

Welcome to our recently renovated Scottsdale Paradise! Our home is located right in the heart of South Scottsdale, only minutes from Old Town, ASU, great hiking, restaurants, and shopping.

Upon your arrival, drop your bags and spend some time with family and friends in the living room, stocked with games and a 65" TV. The newly renovated kitchen is filled with all the essentials for your stay! We hope you find everything you'll need while on the road, including pots/pans, a microwave, and even a fully stocked coffee bar!

This home includes the master bedroom, plus two additional bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed, while the additional bedrooms have queen-size beds. You also have access to a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two newly renovated bathrooms, both of which include full-size showers. Linens and towels included in your stay!

We hope that you'll find the backyard to be your own private paradise. Enjoy the many amenities including a fire pit with lawn chairs, a putting green, corn hole (yard game), and of course the gorgeous pool you have all to yourself. Plenty of seating for all! Enjoy an evening under the palm trees and barbecuing on the grill.

Great location, close to all the things we were there for. House fit our needs. Host was very responsive to the only issue we had. The coffee maker had stopped working so he had a new one delivered that day. My coffee drinkers really appreciated that.

Best Stay I’ve ever had

The property was amazing! Perfect location. The inside was very spacious and the back yard is just amazing. The pictures don’t do enough justice. We had a great stay and Ivan was an amazing host. Will definitely stay again in the future

It’s a beautiful home with everything we needed. The backyard is great with lots of entertainment that kept our littles busy.

We came into town for a football game. It was the perfect location, easy to find and convenient to the stadium. Very clean and comfortable!

The pool, the location the coffee bar and the cleanliness was all on point. Easy to communicate with the property manager to meet all our needs. The beds were comfy too. Which at our ages is a must. Includes washer and dryer which makes life easier

Convenient Location

This house is in a convenient location. The home is clean and cozy. The back yard provides nice downtime for teens with putting green and corn hole boards. If you are unaware of Phoenix climate, the pool is too cold to use for spring break which was a major bummer and would have been really nice to know before booking as one of top reasons for booking was the private pool.

Great Home..

Modern update, decor was inviting. Inside was comfortable, especially beds. Provided all dishes, glass ware, cooking items, utensils and more. Backyard was reason I booked. Games and loved the pool! Host was easy to talk to and responded quickly, I contacted a few times, nothing to mention in this review. The property is on a main street..You will hear some cars throughout the night. The cleaning fee is VERY AFFORDABLE..Thanks, for not inflating that charge like most others! Lisa M-Phx

Forth of july getaway

So the house was nice and it had a nice yard. But be warned the ac will not go lower than 74 because it is locked and continually goes to 77 multiple times. I woke up each night because the ac was up at 77 and uncomfortable in the house. While out by the pool i stepped on a small screw that was on the patio. Ended up finding two small sharp screws on the ground. Under the sofa bed was extremely dirty it had hair, trash and a comb under it. I could not find any sheets for the sofa bed and there is zero cleaning supplys in the house to clean small messes just a mop and broom.

Hey hector, as you can see from my reviews on different platforms your review is the only one of its kind. Typically if something is needed, a request is made and I am prompt to address it. Cleaning products were under the kitchen sink. I offered to have someone come to take a look at the ac but you ignored it. Making me question your true intentions. Lastly if you see and empty dumpster at the front of the curb, please roll in.
