Spacious and Family Friendly apartment in Reykjavik

Our apartment is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood called Laugardalur, only 3.5km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre. The main swimming pool in Reykjavik, Laugardals swimming pool is close by. Biggest gym called World Class Laugar, it's next door to the swimming pool and if you go there you can also enter the swimming pool from the gym. The gym has also one of the nicest Spa's in Reykjavik, where you can get all kinds of treatments. Restaurants, bakeries, ice cream store are close by. There are also nice outdoor area in Laugardalur if you want to go for a walk / bike / run, you can follow the path all the way around the city if you like.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor with private entrance. It's very spacious apartment 175 m2, with 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has queen size bed ( 160x200 cm ), second bedroom has two single beds ( 90x200 cm ) and the third bedroom has double bed ( 140x200 cm ). Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. The Living room has two big sofas and dining area. There are 2 balconies where you can enjoy the view and catch the northern lights if you are lucky. Also superb location to watch the fireworks if you stay over the New Years.

It's a very nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood.

We have a baby crib and high hair available to use for your children.

Linen, towels, soaps and such are included.

We manage over 100 properties in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and a few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term rent.
