2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 8, up to 9. Convenient location on Ocean Avenue just minutes walking distance from the beach! Large covered balcony with ocean and Atlantic City skyline view. While the dune/grass height may impact the view of the beach and ocean from the balcony, the first-floor location is convenient and limits stair use! Elevator is also available. 2 covered parking spots are included under the building and an additional parking pass is provided for use anywhere permits are required on the island, including the beach lots across the street! The master bath includes a large jetted tub. Walking distance to basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, mini-golfing, restaurants, and stores. Brigantine offers a quant family-friendly summer vacation and a quick drive or Uber ride to Atlantic City for a night out on the town!

We do our best to make your stay as convenient as possible. Sheets and bedding will be provided for all of the beds in the home during your stay. We provide 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per guest for 9 guests. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in each shower.
In addition, we provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soaps. While we try our best to provide enough for your stay, you may need to restock depending on usage.
