The property was nice for our stay. The only negative was that the carpets had stains and were dirty in high traffic areas and on the steps. Great to have 3 full baths for 3 couples so each had their own although one full bath was downstairs and all of the bedrooms were upstairs, so one couple had to do the stairs everytime, even in the middle of the night. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was ample for cooking our breakfasts and coffee. Location was good. Neighborhood quiet.
This home welcomed us with ample space and rooms for privacy. We enjoyed its updated bath and kitchen features, comfortable and well equipped family room with big tv, quiet neighborhood, excellent location, and lovely backyard with lemon and orange trees. The host was very responsive.
Had a conference and wife with me and son and daughter in law stayed too. Had a dog with us.
Everything you need is in the kitchen, plenty of space for up to 8 people, and very nice backyard to hang out. Comfortable and clean. Compared to rates at the Hotel my conference was held at, same daily price but more space for more people and can eat in and save money. Would stay again. Also short drive to downtown Napa, lots of local food and groceries in about a 5 min. or less drive and some very nice winery tasting rooms close too. So ideal location and in a quiet neighborhood.
Stayed here for a girls trip and we loved the accessibility of this location to the wineries in Napa Valley as well as to downtown Napa. Beds were incredibly comfortable, ceiling fans in each bedroom were an appreciated touch, having 3 full bathrooms made it easier for 4 women to get ready, plus the on-demand water heater meant hot showers for all without running out of hot water. We enjoyed the cozy living room and kitchen table to relax at night after venturing out all day. Only negative regarding cleanliness is outdoor furniture wasnât clean enough to sit on to enjoy and there was noticeable dust on some indoor furniture, but that wouldnât stop us from staying here again. Nice quiet neighborhood too where we felt safe and saw lots of neighbors taking walks.
This tidy home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to central Napa. The front and back yards are beautiful (we stayed in springtime), with lots of mature flowering shrubs & trees. The kitchen is very functional. The two living room chairs were fabulous! The bed & pillows were also comfortable. Our dog was quite at home here - there is a school yard behind the property that allows walkers when school is not in session. The downsides: The lockbox is very difficult to open. For older folks, be aware that there are stairs to the bedrooms & the toilets are really low. Our biggest issue was that the Master shower did not work - the faucet would not switch from tub to shower (we used another smaller bathroom). The kitchen cabinets need a paint refresh, and the carpet needs a deep cleaning. We would absolutely stay here again, as it is difficult to find a nice place that takes dogs and is reasonably priced. We also like being in a real neighborhood, with lots of people walking their dogs.
Although the house is nice and can accommodate lots of people, please beware that you will be asked to pay an additional 150 cleaning fee after your stay is completed. That means you are paying twice for the cleaning fee. You do not have access to a washer/dryer or cleaning tools such as a vacuum so be careful not to spill on your clothes or on the floor. In all rentals, I like to vacuum and sweep before I leave to make sure the home is clean after my departure. Itâs an unfortunate situation to be put in where these supplies are locked away.
