We were not made aware of the issues the guest mentioned. The property has five independent air conditioning units, all of which were found to be working properly after inspection. The guest claims in their review the cleanliness of the bathroom sink did not meet their expectations, but if this had been communicated, I would have arranged for additional cleaning right away. Regarding mosquitoes, they would only enter if a window was left open, as some guests prefer to use natural ventilation over the A/C. I can't control mosquitoes being outside of the house and entering if windows are opened. If you check our pictures you can see there's A/C units in the pictures. The guest is not being truthful when they say there was "no A/C". The temporary water outage in the morning was due to HOA maintenance, which was beyond our control. It’s important for guests to communicate any concerns during their stay so we can address them promptly rather than leaving a negative review without prior notice.

It is nestled away from the highway and all the typical loud noises such as animal sounds or motorbikes are night are not present. It is completely safe with 24 hour guard at the entrance as well as a pool, basketball court, and other various amenities for the family.
