This stunning colonial lakefront home features 6 bedrooms and 6 baths (4 full, 2 half) with breathtaking views of the lake and a 60x30 pool with hot tub. Upstairs, you'll find three king master suites, two with lake views, and a queen guestroom.

The main level offers a grand living area, formal and main dining rooms, a private pool table room, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, Viking gas stove, and upgraded appliances. A queen guestroom on this level was once best-selling author Janet Dailey's writing room.

The lower level is a true retreat, featuring a large kids' or adults' room with three queen beds and a full bath, a cedar sauna, steam room, game room with air hockey, Pac-Man arcade, ping pong table, and a movie room with an 85” TV and sectional. Built by Janet Dailey, who sold over 300 million books in 19 languages, this home is far from ordinary and offers a one-of-a-kind lakefront experience.

The mansion features 10,000 sq ft of outdoor living space, including a brand-new 5,000 sq ft tiled patio with a large pool, luxury chaise loungers, double canopy umbrellas, and side tables for lounging or entertaining. The property has a 10-ft built-in hot tub with an infinity-edge waterfall that seats up to 12 adults (available during peak season), as well as an above-ground hot tub that is available year-round. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

A spacious gazebo with cushioned outdoor furnishings provides a relaxing spot to enjoy lake views. The property includes over 400 ft of shoreline and an expansive, flat 2-acre lawn, perfect for outdoor games or gatherings. Outdoor sports amenities include a private double pickleball court, bocce ball court, and a half-court basketball area. In the evenings, guests can gather around the firepit in cedar Adirondack chairs and make s'mores under the stars.

For water enthusiasts, the property provides kayaks and a canoe to explore the lake, and Lake Taneycomo is renowned for rainbow and brown trout fishing. With this combination of luxury, space, and activities, there's something for everyone.

[ The Guest House ]
This fully remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath guest home is right next to the main home. The brand new kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with bar seating. Upstairs is a cozy living area with a sectional and TV, while downstairs offers another lounge space with a sofa, loveseat, and large flat screen TV, plus a foosball table for friendly competition.

The home includes two king bedrooms, one with an en suite, one queen bedroom, and a full over queen bunk room downstairs with an additional futon. All bathrooms have been updated with quartz countertops and tiled showers. Step out from the master bedroom onto the new composite deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining for four. The guest house sleeps 6 adults and 6 kids.

[ Masquerade Lodge ]
Masquerade Lodge is a newly renovated 5 bedroom, 4 bath home named after Janet Daily's bestselling novel. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen, dining for eight, a breakfast nook for six, and a spacious living area with a large TV and sectional seating. This level also includes a king master suite, a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a full bath. The lower level is built for fun, with a full over queen bunk room en suite that sleeps up to six kids, a private king en suite, a media area for movies or games, and both a slate pool table and foosball table. Outside, enjoy a covered patio with seating for six. Masquerade Lodge sleeps up to 14 guests and is best suited for eight adults and six kids, making it ideal for family gatherings and group stays.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Tues, Tues–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on two night stays are allowed during the weekdays
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

*Please note: Pool and In-ground hot tub is closed October 1st - May 10th. When the pool is open, pool heating is available for an additional $150-200 per day. The above-ground hot tub is available year-round. This home does NOT have a working elevator.
