Relax in this cozy and modern townhome in the University area; it is close to great restaurants and bars and less than two minutes from I-10. Centrally located, this place is easy access to Ft. Bliss and great hiking trails to the west; head south five minutes and you will experience beautiful downtown El Paso. Get your workout in with an exercise bike, yoga mat, roller or set of dumbbells. Inside you will enjoy refrigerated air and plenty of shows and movies to choose from with great sound.

Number of guests will be monitored, although this place can accommodate 8 it is extremely important to be upfront and honest about the true number of guests. Parties, events, smoking, etc will not be tolerated and the property will be thoroughly checked after each stay. Your stay will be terminated, and you will not be issued a refund. No extra guests will be allowed unless they are declared. Lost keys will have to be paid for along with locks/rekeying.
