Relax on the front or back porch or take a hike on one of the many famous local trails our neighborhood has to offer. SoJax is 18 mins to Downtown AVL, Biltmore Village and 9 mins to Blue Ridge Parkway hiking & waterfalls! Ideally located close to everything to get the full Asheville experience! SoJax is a stylishly updated home with all of the desired amenities to have an incredible stay!!!
The space
The SoJax is a three-level 4BR/3.5BA home offers the best of both worlds -- a secluded location nestled on 0.50 wooded acres, yet only 18 minutes from the excitement of downtown Asheville.
Stylish decor & artistic features throughout the home. Head downstairs to the game room and play a round of billiards or play one of 3000 Arcade games! Step outside and enjoy the firepit or just hang out on the back decks.
This is our beautiful 2nd home. We are so lucky to spend part the year here! It is a very, very special place and not your common "rental property." We've designed it with high end furnishings, custom details, quality touches and lot's of love.

We love spending time with family, especially our 8 and 10 year olds.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
We really wanted something that felt like we were in nature but was still close to all the modern amenities we have grown accustomed to. Being able to go on a beautiful hike in our neighborhood in the morning and then take a short drive for a nice dinner at night was important to us.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Our sunroom. Itâs pretty much everyoneâs favorite room in the house (with the exception of kids, their favorite is almost always the game room.) From having a morning coffee and reading a good book on your own to chatting about the days events while listening to a record pretty much everything is better in that room. Being able to see all the trees around you makes it feel like you are in a luxury treehouse.
We also get a lot of compliments on how comfortable everything is and how much there is to do with the family. From board games to pool and air hockey, this is the perfect place to enjoy family.
