Nice place! I was upgraded to a bigger room after I had an issue with a power outlet but theroom was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

It’s a hotel

No complaints. Clean and quiet. It’s really an extended stay hotel, not a typical VRBO.

Dont go but rhe picture

The picture did not look like the room (not even a couch in the room. The 1st night got interrupted 4 times for a leak that wasnt in our room. This place was a live in hotel and not nice.

Very Misleading, Dirty, Dingy, and Outdated

The property was okay on the outside but the inside was very old and dated as was the check in process. There were issues finding my payment and I was asked to pay again. That was eventually rectified. We then proceeded to the room which had dated and dingy carpet and the halls spelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Then there was the room itself which looked nothing like the pictures that were posted on VRBO. The room was way smaller than the pictures portrayed and again everything was old, dingy, and dated. There were only two towels and one washcloth in the room. We made it work and decided to call downstairs for more since we would be staying three nights. We were told that they couldn’t bring us anything until we brought our used towels down. I have never heard of this being a thing at hotels or extended stays. Then I was told that housekeeping would only be offered if we were staying a minimum of 7 days. This was very disappointing as the air filter in the room was old and the carpets, drapes, and bedding had not been cleaned properly nor dusted causing myself and my guest to experience horrible allergy symptoms, sore throats, and breathing difficulties. I will never stay here again.
