Our property is just around the corner from all the shopping, restaurants, and nightlife that downtown Delavan has to offer. Mill Pond, a delightful swimming area with a small beach and lifeguards, is just down the street.

Please note that while our shoreline offers beautiful views and excellent fishing (UPDATE: LAKE COMUS HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY DRAINED AND FISHING IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL THE LAKE IS FILLED BACK IN, EXPECTED FALL 2025), it is rocky and unsuitable for swimming. For a refreshing swim, head to the managed Mill Pond nearby. Both bathrooms in the home are equipped with showers, but no bathtubs are available.

We have stayed at many VRBO homes and have to say this one was the worst. Not sure how people are rating this property so high.-There is no mention that there are NO T.V.s in any bedrooms.-There is NO HEAT upstairs except in ONE bedroom so you need to leave all of the doors open hoping that heat will come in. My wife had to sleep downstairs on the couch the entire trip.-The floor in the upstairs bathroom is cracked and seems to be sinking-The shower floors in each bathroom had no grip making them very slippery and unsafe.-The downstairs bathroom door has NO LOCK on it.-The front windows were open when we arrived-mind you it was about 30 degrees outside.-The gate to the yard has no working latch so kept banging against the fence all day and night.-The staircase is very narrow

Great stay, very clean with a fully functional kitchen and large washer and dryer. Nice view of the lake with an enormous backyard. Good driveway with off-street parking. Easy walk to Main Street. Would stay again.

Long weekend getaway

Had a small reunion of college friends. This was excellent place for our group. Walking distance for most things easy to get to downtown with lots of things to do not too far from the lake. The town is very nice with lots of community activities.

Sometimes, pictures do lie.

Was excited to relax in the "beautiful lake view", only to find it was not as promised or pictured. The area was not what one might call "vacation-like" atmosphere. The view in the photo was nothing like the actual view from the house. Very disappointed.

Weekend in Delevan, WI

Our family of three couples and one infant from across the country gathered in Delavan, WI for a wedding at a nearby resort. We were there in November, so we could not take advantage of the large deck. The place was perfect for our brief weekend, and we would gladly return in the summer!

Nice House but Outdoor Space Needs Work

This house was clean and very well stocked both with towels and kitchen supplies. We were happy with the location and the easy drive to Lake Geneva. Our host was easy to contact and handled our question immediately, But upon arrival, we were disappointed with the overgrown state of the yard, especially the front. We looked forward to the beautiful backyard but unfortunately the stairway access was so overgrown with vines we found it difficult to use.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed this rental property. It's clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable, and it has a large, well-equipped kitchen. Large deck out back was a very pleasant place to sit and relax. Location is decent, a 5 min walk to all the Delavan main street stores, and half an hour drive to Lake Geneva. Can recommend.

Our party of six had plenty of space here to enjoy the Lake Delavan attractions and the area of Lake Geneva nearby. The house was clean and tidy on our arrival and the host responded promptly to the questions we had. We could come here again!

Best rental ever

This house was perfect, so nicely appointed! Plenty of room to spread out, we especially enjoyed the back deck overlooking the massive yard and lake, if had cooler weather we definitely would’ve been out playing bocce and sitting by the fire. The beds were all very comfortable, and had nice bedding. The kitchen is open and has everything needed. Downtown area is 2 blocks away with several good restaurants. Mill Pond is a 5 minute walk, cute little spot to swim, play in the sand and relax. The host was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. We stay in several rentals a year throughout the country and MX and this place gets a perfect 10 in our eyes.

Wedding weekend

Was in town for a wedding and chose this location because of the proximity to downtown Delavan. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back in the summer season

Our stay at this home was very lovely. The house was well kept and clean. The weather did not cooperate so we were unable to do any of the outdoor activities but there was plenty to do had it been nicer outside. I would definitely stay her again when in the area.

Visit to see daughter

Came to visit my daughter for her birthday. The house was really nice and clean. The beds were great. Bathrooms clean and updated. Kitchen nice and big. Plenty of couches to lounge and visit and watch movies. No complaints. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Cute as heck!

Had a girl's weekend and we all loved it! Easy walk to main street Delavan to some fine restaurants and pubs. The bedrooms were comfy and the whole place was spotless.! We will be booking with Tom and Amy for our next girls weekend next year!
