Brand new extra large capacity HE washer/dryer. High speed internet, Weber grill, custom beach cart for all chairs and umbrellas
65' Ultra HD smart TV in living area and 2 smart tv's in other bedrooms.
Guest access
Self check-in or we will meet you in person. Key code on lock will be given to guest prior to arrival. Key and parking pass to private beach will be available to guests. Most people just walk down the block to the beach.
Other things to note
Maximum four cars in driveway and in front of house
We have outdoor security cameras but not on the deck where you will be hanging out and barbecuing.
No parties or events.
No more than 4 unrelated guests.
No smoking, candles, or fires in the fireplace.
No pets.
We have a non-shedding dog who is there occasionally when we don’t have guests.
