Welcome to Boardwalk, your island retreat in the charming Casa la Playa community of Port Aransas! This brand-new, classic beach home offers four spacious bedrooms and four full baths, comfortably accommodating up to twelve guests. Step outside and you’ll find a breezy hammock, a lagoon-style community pool perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the beach—just a short walk away.



Inside, the open floor plan is designed for connection and relaxation, featuring a bright living area with seating for eight, a Smart TV, and a large dining table for family meals or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, a 12-cup drip coffee maker, and a wine fridge, making it a breeze to prepare anything from quick snacks to gourmet dinners. With three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, everyone will find their own comfortable retreat. There’s a community charcoal grill area (bring your own supplies), and overflow parking is first come, first served near the pool. (The pool is not heated.) Casa La Playa offers a private coastal getaway, perfect for relaxing, fishing, or exploring everything Port Aransas has to offer.

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.



City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:

To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.



Please note: The property is accessible by golf cart, but golf cart travel is only permitted on the beach. Due to Port Aransas regulations, golf carts cannot access the bay side of Highway 361. Traveling between the property and town by golf cart along the beach typically takes about 20 minutes.
