With frontline position to one Andalucia's best beaches, this chic beach house ticks every box for a fabulous seaside holiday!...Perfectly located just a short stroll to the beach in a gated resort community that has tennis and padel courts, two outdoor pools, a playground, private parking, and surrounded by several restaurants and beach bars. Endless Summer Beach House has it all! A very welcome addition to Zahara that will surely please the entire family!
The Layout:
Set over 3 levels, this recently renovated and fully equipped home, provides spectacular sea views from every level!
Entering through a private gated door, you find an ample enclosed front patio with outdoor seating and pergola that is perfect for outdoor entertaining and meals with family and friends.
The front door entrance to the house opens onto the living room with fireplace, dining room with seating for 8, bedroom 4, guest bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and follows out to another large patio, with additional outdoor seating area and bbq.
Continuing up the stairs, you then reach 3 further bedrooms: the Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a gorgeous terrace that looks onto the beach and community gardens, bedroom 2, bedroom 3 and a large family bathroom.
All bedrooms and the living/dining area have AC/heating units for your comfort.
Finally, continuing one more set of steps, you find yourself on a fantastic roof terrace that takes in 180 degree views of the beach and sea. Here you will find additional outdoor seating and two hammock style chairs to relax with a glass of wine and a good book or just enjoy the amazing sunsets!
Additionally, you are provided with one assigned parking space (additional free parking can be found all along the nearby street). The gated community grounds are expansive and include tennis and pĂĄdel courts, 2 pools and a childrenâs playground. Direct access to Zaharaâs beaches and several popular beach restaurants/bars are just a 2 minute walk from the house! You canât ask for a better location!
