RENOVATED in 2022!!! 2nd STORY DECK built in 2024!!! Beachfront at its best.

This two-story unit features a covered deck on the first floor for dining or working remotely. The interior is NEW in 2022 and has an open floor plan on the first level. There are three bedrooms located on the second floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a full size bed and TV. The third bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds and a TV. Enjoy the sunrise and ocean views from this great rental property located on 79th Street near Townsends Inlet in Sea Isle City, New Jersey.

Beach views are superb, as is access, which is almost directly adjacent. Kitchen had everything we needed. All in all a great property and stay.

Best dunes/ocean view I have EVER had, even after traveling Ireland,Scotland,British Columbia,Newfoundland ,the Arctic ,Alaska!!! Spotless living area.Nice ,quiet dignified neighborhood.Beautiful sunrises/sunsets, and moon rises/sets.Local restaurants fantastic ! I can't wait to come back and I hope I can stay here!! What a beautiful home! And the location could not have been better, even with the fall weather and incoming storm. We had a wonderful weekend in this clean beachfront home! The main bedroom had a fantastic view.

Nice spot, being off season I’m sure it was quieter than the summer season! Very relaxing! Kitchen was very nice, as well as the master bedroom, bathroom and outside sitting areas! The gas fire pit was great to have, such a nice ambiance! Can’t wait to comeback!!

On the beach!

Wonderful little house right on the beach! We watched sun and moon rise over the ocean right from the deck! And we went to sleep listening to the surf!

Family Weekend

Our family so enjoyed our stay. The house was absolutely perfect and location couldn’t have been better! Kitchen was well equipped and beds were super comfy. Kristen was a joy to work with and she was very patient with my many questions. Hoping to go back next year!

Beachfront Home

Our family had an event in SIC for the weekend during the off-season and stayed here. Great location. Very cute, clean, & well-decorated. Read all the way through details because we missed the line about bringing your own linens. Luckily one member came later in the day and was able to bring them.

Wonderful Long Weekend Get Away!

The view from the upper deck is amazing! Watched dolphins in the surf in the morning and used the fire pit in the evening. The covered lower deck was great during the day. Only 3 of us made this trip, but the bunk beds will be great for our grand kids if we return! Thanks!

Great location. House was incredibly clean. Probably the cleanest house we ever rented in Sea Isle. Furnishings are lovely and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. Lucky for me, some of my earliest and fondest memories of my childhood are family vacations to the Jersey Shore every summer. My husband Rich is a transplant; he grew up on the shores of Michigan.

My childhood summer vacations were spent at the Jersey Shore in Ocean City. However, when it came time to purchase a shore house for our family, I had my heart set on Sea Isle City, New Jersey because it has so much to offer everyone, from the young to the young at heart;) In June 2007, we purchased our first property in Sea Isle City located at 6S 79th Street. When the opportunity arose to purchase the north unit in 2021, we eagerly accepted. This Summer 2023 , we celebrate our 17th Season as homeowners in Sea Isle City. Please consider vacationing with us and see why we love our home away from home so much... it is truly BEACHFRONT at it best!
