Everywhere you look, is incredible updates, clean, chic, modern finishes and unique touches. Everything completely renovated in 2021! Your family will feel right at home here–we are VRBO Premier Hosts who have been doing this for years, and cater especially to families coming to our area.

Great property! The house was very clean and well stocked and had everything our family of 5 needed. Kids loved the game room and Play Station, and the accommodations were comfortable and inviting. Really good location - close to a lot of activities and restaurants but in a neighborhood so not in the middle of lots of busyness. Travis was very responsive and communication was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to book this one again.

This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to the Ark Encounter and the Creation museum. It is conveniently located near both and close to the airport without any airport noise.

Nice clean home. Convenient to The Ark Encounter, Creative Musesum, and Findlay Market. Having 2 king beds was a plus and the mattresses and bedding were comfortable. We didn't have children with us, but looked like there was alot of things there for kids to enjoy. Nice quiet neihborhood. Host was very kind and quick to repond.

Loved staying here, and owner very responsive!

Everything was perfect! Exceptionally clean! Superb water pressure and lots of hot water, never ran out! A/C works beautifully! New washer and dryer! Arranged for a late checkout because of something we needed to do, and when we got back, our code # for the door had expired. I called Travis, and his wife answered the phone, and they quickly got us back in in under a minute! Had a wonderful time, near Creation Museum, lots of stores and restaurants, greatly enjoyed the Cincinnati Museum of Art (even tho we aren't really 'art' people--it was amazing! And only a 35 - 45 minute drive to the Ark on very smooth roads that are exceptionally scenic! Great vacation for our family!

Summer Family Vacay

This house was amazing, and just as the listing stated. Very clean and so adorable. There was plenty of room for my family of 5 and my parents. Our kids range from 7-13 and there were many games and space for them to play. We loved having our own space as well to relax after busy days. We drove to the house from the Ark Encounter, and went to the Creation Museum and Cincinnati the next day. Very conveniently located. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you are looking for a place to stay close to the museums or to watch the Reds or Bengals play, this is a perfect location.

This property is in a great location the layout in the house is great for families. It needs a little TLC for sure. Cleanliness in kitchen could be improved. The host was easy to communicate with. The garage is not available to park in, it is a nice game room though.

Great comfy house

Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Close to many things annd easy to get to major highways. The beds are comfy the kids loved the bunk beds/toys. It was so hot
.but the yard is great too. Highly recommend.

This home was the perfect spot for our family to stay while visiting Kentucky. The neighborhood was quiet and location was great for visiting the Ark, Creation Museum, and Cincinnati Zoo. The kids loved the downstairs area and game room.

Clean, Comfortable, and Child friendly

The property was very nicely decorated and in good condition. Had the best nights sleep in a long time thanks to the very comfy beds and pillows. There was not alot of extra space in the queen bedroom and no real closet space but there was plenty of space in both the other bedroom closets....just had to share. The king bedrooms both had spacious dressers and full closets. There was a full bathroom with tub/shower on the main level. The downstairs bath was a full bath as well but with walk in shower only. We weren't travelling with a small child but if you were, they have everything you could need....stroller, booster dining seat, baby bathtub, child dishes, etc. Even childproof latch on the backdoor and oven knobs. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and friendly. After talking to the back neighbor for a bit, she gave us a delicious loaf of homemade zucchini bread! The backyard area is very nicely maintained. The host communicated clearly and was quick to respond. We had a great stay and no issues. Very convenient to nearby Ark Experience, Creation Museum and Big Bone Lick Area which had some relaxing stroller friendly paved walking trails. We almost missed seeing the bison but they eventually came out into the fields around 12pm.

Great house and amenities!

Great house four our family of nine. Plenty of sleeping areas. Was great to have a lot of great family amenities; from a PS4 to baby toys!Kitchen was fabulous and everything was very clean and organized. It was also great to have a washer and dryer!The neighborhood was great with friendly neighbors and close to a lot of retail and the highways.

Great stay for family

Our family of five had a lovely stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Located in a safe neighborhood, and relatively close to many restaurants and attractions. We especially appreciated all the kid gear— toys, games, plastic dishes, etc— which made it so pleasant to stay with our young children. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Clean and updated, convenient location

The house was very clean, had nice amenities and conveniently located less than 30 minutes to both the Ark and the Creation museum (15 minutes), which was great. Would recommend and definitely come back if we are in the area.

Nice house

This is a nice house to stay in. Plenty of sleeping space and hot water; comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and game room with a nice backyard, Please make sure you have your VBRO password with you so you can communicate with the host when you're en route and while you're there. Be sure to check for additional instructions from the host via the VBRO platform before you check-out the day of your departure. We gave an overall four-star rating due to challenges with communication as we have never needed to have our VBRO password with us for any other VBRO rental prior to this one. Therefore, we didn't know what the check-in code was without contacting customer service, nor were we able to access the additional check-out instructions given less than 24 hours prior to checking out.

Overall great! Would stay again!

Great location to airport and Ark and Creation Museum. Clean and in a cute neighborhood. Close to gas and groceries. The queen bed bedroom appears larger in the photos and is a tight fit. Also we couldn't get the fan in that room to work which made it very stuffy for sleeping. Ceiling fan in the main area was also temporarily out of commission. We just like air movement :). But other than that it was great! We would definitely stay here again. We stayed here with 6 adults. The host was very responsive and the property was clean and met our needs!

Repeat Stay

We really liked this property when we stayed last summer. It's really well stocked, clean, great with little kiddos, and close to the family we travel there to visit. The hosts are super responsive too. We'll continue using this property unless more come with is and we need a bigger place.

I'm originally from Indiana, but my wife and I moved to NKY in 2019. We love to travel and some of our favorite spots are Red River Gorge, Savannah, Chicago, Washington D.C., Nashville, and Fort Worth.

We have loved our hosting journey so much, that we now have 4 homes in NKY and are building a cabin in Red River Gorge to use as a vacation rental as well.

This house was totally rebuilt from the studs in in 2020. Everything is new including floors, cabinets, appliances, HVAC, furniture, TVs, doors, EVERYTHING!

This home has the unique benefit of being on a quiet cul-de-sac but less than a mile from the interstate so you can be anywhere in just minutes.
