Host was very welcoming and very responsive! Host went above and beyond for us to return a iPad we accidentally left at property and was completely honest with us and contacted us about it! Which we are completely grateful for! Beds were very comfortable. Easy check in! Stayed with 4 adults and two children, plenty of room!

Spacious and Clean

Check in was easy and smooth. The place was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The area was nice and quiet with lots of restaraunt options. The host was responsive, friendly, and polite.

Comfortable and clean

Property was convenient for a pickleball tournament we attended. Lots of good restaurants nearby (KPOT was awesome) and the Aldi grocery store was convenient. Beds comfortable and clean and the area quiet. Several minor imperfections in the townhome but we were there for a good rest and convenience and it fit the bill. We would probably stay again. Thank you Mic for your hospitality and good communication.

Weekend wedding

We were in Charlotte for a family wedding- overall this was fine for a weekend stay. The host was very kind and responsive to my phone call and texts regarding check-in (VRBO site was not working well in our travels) We were quite comfortable - good beds😊 Only a few suggestions- kitchen towels and bathroom hand towels are needed. Also a regular coffee maker would be appreciated by most guests. Thanks for letting us use your space!

There is an espresso machine with pods provided. Difficult to please everyone. 3 star for towels? Maybe a bit too low I would say, but I’m happy you had a good rest.

It works

The host was very nice and very responsive. The bedrooms are decent and have been remodeled. The overall condition is not great and I'd rate the location and area a 6 out of 10. There needs to be more basics like sponges or surface cleaner, kitchen towels, laundry detergent, coffee maker and filters. Place really needs to be painted. basic stuff

Hey Steve, really, 3 stars? You also asked to stay 10 days longer. You had a low rate, 3 Tv's in the property. There is an italian Nespresso coffe maker($200) with high quality pods for free, brought you also extra pods for laundry. Neighborhood is not great? Atrium health hospital right next to you and everything else in walking distance. South charlotte one of the best areas to be. I understand you would like the deal of the century, but for yourself have a right expectation wherever you go. Thank you for your stay anyway. I appreciate how you left the place.
