Perfect!

This was a beautiful property, perfect for a stay near Granby, Grand Lake, or Winter Park. We loved the space, the views, the cleanliness, and the natural light. Heather was a perfect communicator with messages about check-in and check-out. Wonderful spot!

CO mountain adventure

We had a wonderful time at Heathers house. Granby is such a great town and only 15 minutes away from RMNP! She really made you feel welcome with snacks, bird food for the feeder, a cute coffee bar and well stocked kitchen! highlights of our stay included a guided fly-fishing trip with Kirks fly shop, horseback riding at the rocky mountain stables, kayaking on lake Granby, and hiking in the park. A cayote visited almost every morning/early evening in the back yard that we loved watching from the huge windows in the back of the house. We watched incredible 4th of July fireworks from the back deck. Overall this is a great location for your family to enjoy CO.

The house was nice and met all of our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and the view was spectacular.There were a few things that should be taken care of. The white shower curtain on the main floor bathroom is stained yellow at the bottom which is disgusting. The microwave was dirty. The smoke alarms randomly went off which scared us. The water sensor alarm behind the washing machine went off when we tried to wash a load of laundry. The exterior photo of the property on vrbo looks different than the actual exterior and we thought we were at the wrong location. The Bazzaar magazines were not appropriate for children’s eyes. Just some things to consider improving.We loved the foosball table!

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us! I'm glad to hear the house met your needs, the neighborhood was peaceful, and that you enjoyed the view and the foosball table! We appreciate you pointing out areas for improvement. We’ve since replaced the shower curtain and addressed the microwave cleaning oversight with our housekeeping team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Regarding the smoke alarms and water sensor: while I understand the surprise they caused, it’s actually a good sign these safety features activated, and we’re glad to know they’re working properly. That said, we’ll double-check the systems to ensure they’re not overly sensitive. Our county fire dept inspects the property annually. We’ll also review the exterior photo to better reflect the current look of the property, and will be more mindful of different perspectives on reading materials for families. Thanks again for your helpful feedback!
