Mannsdale Manor Guest Suite

6000 square feet of farmhouse living. Ammenties include private suite, private patio, swimming pool and pool house, outdoor fireplace and organic gardens. We live in the old South so we endeavor to give our guests a taste of Southern culture.
We live on the premises.
The space
The guest suite is upstairs in the east wing of the house. Private suite includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and sitting/tv room. The space has a refrigerator and Keruig coffee maker as well as snacks. Guests are welcome to use our Family TV Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room. Also, there is a private patio with outdoor fireplace as well as the swimming pool. The pool is open from May 1 through October 1.
In the summer, there is a lot of mowing going on so we hope guests will forgive the occasional noise of mowers and trimmers.
Guest access
Guests enter through the main front door and a key is provided. The guest suite is directly upstairs.
Other things to note
Our home is on approximately 5 wooded acres with lots of privacy. We do not have neighbors nearby. It's very peaceful outdoors with wildlife and gardens.

We are currently listing more of our short term guests in the guest suite in our home. However, the carriage house available for our longer term guests.

There is a $100/night penalty for each guest that stays overnight without the owners approval. All reservations require a 2 night min stay.
