Welcome to 19 Klamath!

Tucked between the Deschutes River and Woodlands Golf Course, 19 Klamath is a beautifully updated two-level home offering the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and outdoor adventure. With room for up to 8 guests, this inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for families, couples, or a small group getaway in the heart of Sunriver—just 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor and a short drive to Bend, Oregon.



From the moment you walk in, you'll feel at home. Vaulted ceilings and natural light create an open, airy feel, while new leather furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace framed in natural stone, and a large flat-screen TV make the living room the perfect place to gather and unwind after a day of exploring Central Oregon.



Comfortably Sleeps 8

Main-level primary suite: Oversized and serene, with cable TV, private hot tub access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo.



Upstairs bedrooms: One features a king bed and cable TV, while the other is perfect for kids, with two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). A second full bathroom is located upstairs for added convenience.

Great for a small group!

Our stay was perfect for our group of four adults and two kids. Very comfortable beds and living space. We also loved the bikes, ping pong, and hot tub!

First time to Sunriver!

Loved our stay!! So much to do in the Sunriver area. Kids had a blast! Property is in a great location. House is very comfortable and we would highly recommend it to other families. We did a waterfall hike nearby, putting course, SHARC, family fun float at the marina, Sunriver Brewing.

Great vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had everything we needed in a nice wooded setting. We rode bikes to the village and to the SHARC. Quite street with access to the north area amenities by bike as well. Furnishings were great with everything thing we needed.

We were a few minutes away from the park by bike, and a 10 minute bike ride from SHARC and the village. We had a great stay and hope to stay here again someday.

The property is quite a ways from the village but it’s close to the river which made for lovely walks. The bikes at the house are cruisers so bring your own if you need help with the hills! We would definitely come back to this house.

The queen bed upstairs seems to have a busted spring near the foot of the bed. But all else was great.

Perfect house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was very clean. The only thing that made it not so good was that it smelled like cigarette smoke badly. We had to go buy spray and candles to try to rid the smell. I didn't want to mark down the cleanliness just because of the cigarette smell because the home itself was very clean. It would be nice to have a bit more seating in the living room to snuggle the grandkids.
