Close to Freeman Colliseum

Convenient and close to Freeman coliseum. We were in town for a conference. The cleanliness was adequate. The neighborhood is not a walking neighborhood.

Alamo Bowl

This place was nicely furnished with comfy beds. Had all the necessary kitchen things you need if you want to cook. Neighborhood was quiet and close to freeway and easy short ride to downtown. The price was great! Host was easy to communicate with and easy access to house. Host took time to check in to make sure we were doing okay. Check out was super easy!

Sister getaway & conference

Very cute, charming and totally sufficient for my sister and I. Owner Hanin seemed very nice and personable. The place was fairly clean and spacious. Windowsills and dressings could use some work. It does look like some work is being done. The kitchenette will be a very nice addition, when done. Thank you and God bless you Hanin!

What an Amazing Getaway

My girlfriend and I were visiting the area for a small concert nearby, and the home that we got was just absolutely incredible. Everything was so well furnished, I could tell that the sheets and the environment were cleaned before my girlfriend and I had arrived. The shower was well-kempt and everything was nice and neat. In the small compartments were already cooking utensils and leftover frozen foods and snacks that the previous people staying before us had left. It was honestly such a great experience, and if I ever visit the area again, I'm definitely making sure to stay at this location.

Cold in room. Space heater didn’t heat entire room. Rug was dirty.

I didn’t like the fact that the owner had an issue with my wife and son staying with me. Smh

Sir, you booked during the artic freeze, when the whole state of Texas had problem with heating. We did not have problem with your wife staying we had problem with you making a reservation for only one person. Also bringing a child when we clearly don't allow children at the space since it's not child proof. We understand you were mad that we charged you extra cleaning because you guys were smoking inside and somebody decided to cut their hair on the bed and somehow place bundles of cut hair in the fridge and freezer! I wish I can attach pictures of how you guys left the room. But I will leave it at that. Have a great day.

NEVER AGAIN

It’s in the hood. Every house in that neighborhood has burglar bars which says a lot & I’m from the hood in a different state. Toe nail findings were on the bed spread & unopened condoms in the bathroom. Host has a nasty attitude in her communication which is very unprofessional. We booked for 2 nights and 3 hours after check in, we checked out. I would not recommend anyone to book at this place.

Horrible Property Manager

We did not get to stay at the property. The property manager first told us they had de ided to let the current guest stay longer, even though we had already booked and paid for the property. Then tried to force us to pay double for another property while claiming they were being nice in doing so, threatening repeatedly that we wouodnt be able to find another place to stay if we didnt agree to their payment demands. Then said we'd have to cancel- they wouldn't- even though us cancelling would mark my account instead of theirs. Then finally said they'd call and cancel... And clearly didn’t. Unprofessional, threats, and trying to capitalize on their mistake. Do not book a property with this property manager.
