As you enter this modern condo, you’ll notice the kitchen to the right. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, toaster and all of the cooking essentials you need, this area is perfect for planning your favorite meal for the ones you love. Share intimate moments here while preparing your dish with family or friends while watching the ocean.

The dining area is located behind the living room and seats four. Relish your meal while making plans to explore the island. Laughter and memories are made here as you enjoy each other's company. There are also two additional bar stools in this area. The living room is behind the dining area and has two couches, a coffee table and a mounted Smart television with DVD player. Utilize this area for family night or to watch your favorite shows. The double glass door in the living room allows you a stunning ocean view.

The first bedroom is to the left of the living room and consists of a king bed, two nightstands, a dresser and a mounted Smart television with DVD player. This room has double glass doors that lead out to the deck with the ocean view. Bask in serenity in this room by getting away from it all. The first bathroom is also located in this room.

The second sleeping quarters is down the hall beside the kitchen and has a queen bed with a dresser and mounted TV with DVD player only. Down the hall from the second bedroom is the laundry area with a washer and dryer and the second bathroom.
