1st floor Caribbean Sea beachfronthouse located in Cangrejo Beach in Arroyo. Walking distance to the boardwalk, pier, restaurants, coffees, bars, kids park & more. Casa Cangrejo provides all pleasures, perks & commodities for a perfect getaway.
Outside, enjoy the entertainment area with a full SHARING bathroom, BBQ, and laundry room. Crossing the street, you have the beach, a kids' park, a parking area, locals playing dominoes & more.
Peaceful mornings & fulfilled afternoons await you at this truly Puerto Rican experience.
The space
You will enjoy the 1st floor of this 2-story house. Inside the 1st floor you will have 3 bedrooms with a king bed, a full bed, and a bunk bed with a twin and double bed. Recommended for up to 7 guests, but if you want more, you can use the full-size sleeping sofa located in the living room and have 9 guests in total.
Fully equipped kitchen with a full shower bathroom. No oven.
Outside you have the sharing laundry, BBQ, and full shower bathroom
Guest access
You will have access to the entire 1st floor and outside to the shared laundry, BBQ, and bathroom with the 2nd-floor guest.

Free street parking. We cannot control noises from the close-by veteran venue, boardwalk, or cars passing by.

Then youâre within walking distance of the MalecĂłn â stroll just a few minutes and youâll hit charming cafĂ©s, seafood spots, and beach bars where locals go. My favorites:
123 Pescao â right on the waterfront, perfect for fresh fish and ocean views.
Los Cuates PR â a relaxed cantina on the MalecĂłn with great local flavor.
Isla Cueva â casual, fun spot near the MalecĂłn with friendly service.
What I love most is how the whole area feels like youâre part of the community, not just a visitor. Youâll walk the ocean path in the evening, maybe grab a drink, hear live local music, and feel the warmth of the island all around.
Staying here means youâre not only near the beach â youâre in a neighborhood where the rhythm of Puerto Rico is real and inviting.
