The Space:

Built on a 500 m² lot, HOP Odaiba offers a practical and welcoming layout. Its private pool, BBQ area, and well-connected social spaces allow you to fully enjoy your stay. The single-floor design enhances relaxation and connection with the surrounding nature.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to all areas of HOP Odaiba, including the pool, terrace, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ area, and free private parking. Guests can also access the condominium’s common areas and the nearby beach.



The Neighborhood:

HOP Odaiba is located in the private Playa del Carmen gated community, offering 24/7 security, a clubhouse, sports courts, children’s play areas, and beautiful natural trails. The house is in the second row, close to the beach, with a privileged view of the lagoon.



Getting Around:

The gated community is located at km 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway, just 2 hours from Lima. At the entrance, you’ll find a PRIMAX gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. Chincha, Pisco, and the Paracas National Reserve are a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.



The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.



Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.



Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer self check-in, a host availabl during your entire stay, and a housekeeper who will welcome you upon arrival. Our maintenance staff is available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also request cleaning staff or a chef for an additional fee.
