Designed with intention and warmth, Broken Branch Lodge features six spacious bedrooms and 6.5 baths, including five king suites and a custom bunk suite, each with a private ensuite bathroom. With space to comfortably sleep up to 23 guests, the home is equally suited for gathering together or retreating to cozy, private corners for rest and relaxation.

Inside, guests are greeted by an open-concept great room with soaring vaulted ceilings and elegant wood beams that frame the stunning stone fireplace. Just off the living area is the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a six-burner gas range, double ovens, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and an expansive island for prep or casual seating. A large dining table offers ample room for group meals, holiday dinners, or just lingering over morning coffee.

Entertainment options abound at Broken Branch Lodge. The main level game and media room is outfitted with a pool table, vintage arcade machine, a wet bar with fridge and icemaker, and an entire wall of HDTVs, so you never miss the big game. Upstairs, you’ll find a fitness and activity room complete with a Sole elliptical machine, Life Fitness bike, Bowflex dumbbells, and space for yoga or play. There's also a gaming TV, a cozy reading and conversation area with an electric fireplace, and a beverage station with undercounter refrigerator and 3-in-1 coffee and espresso maker. When it’s time to rest, every suite offers a private retreat. The main floor King Suite #1 features a fireplace, soaking tub, and the signature wall-to-wall shower with four showerheads and direct access to the patio. King Suite #2, also on the main floor, is ideal for guests with limited mobility and located near the living and kitchen areas. Upstairs, King Suite #3 includes a “hidden” twin bunk bed tucked behind custom-built sliding doors, while King Suite #4 features a quiet desk area and a cozy twin pull-out bed. King Suite #5 offers scenic views and a full/full bunk set—great for families. The custom Bunk Suite is outfitted with two twin-over-queen bunks, a full private bath, and ample storage—ideal for both adults and kids.

Additional features include a Level 2 EV charging outlet (please bring your own charging cable), a large utility room with two washer/dryer sets and an extra refrigerator, and a strict no pets and no smoking policy inside the home, ensuring a clean and serene environment for all guests.
