The Cactus Flower at McCormick Ranch
This ground-level home is also handicap friendly. 2 sliding glass doors provide access to the patio. The patio overlooks the courtyard and is steps from the pickleball/tennis/basketball court. Just beyond the courts, a path leads to the heated pool with attached hot tub. Plenty of close walking and biking paths. Fur babies welcome upon request with simple pet fee.
Guests can use the entire condo. The grounds are accessible to all guests. Access to the pool and the courts is by way of a key that is kept in the home. The home consists of a king bed in one room, two twin beds in the 2nd room and queen pull out in the living area.
The home backs up to an extensive courtyard with many choices of different pools and pickleball/ tennis/basketball courts. The grounds are beautifully manicured for your enjoyment. Evenings offer lit pathways throughout the grounds. The back patio is enjoyable for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
The location of the home allows for easy access to the highway 101 and to many close by amenities for shopping, dining, and walking paths with opportunity to take in some wildlife etc.
Parking for guests is available in any uncovered parking spot.
This complex is extensive and spans over a total of four villages . Each village has a pool and several courts. Paths and the courts/pool are lit at night for added enjoyment of the grounds. Access to the home is via individualized door code. Any parking spot that is not covered is ok to park in by the occupant. Covered spots are reserved. No trailers can be parked in Village II.
We are available for questions all the time. We want your stay to be relaxing and seamless. Please donât hesitate to call or text with questions etc.
We enjoy walking to Fryâs and Home Depot which is about a twenty minute walk from the condo. Along this walk on Mountain-view, there is a nice walking path that is about three miles long . This is a beauty of a greenway and fun for walking or biking. At the end of the walk is a little lake/pond with lots of opportunity to take in wildlife etc. Botanical Gardens is always a fun time if you are a plant lover like we are.
We are close to the HWY 101. Parking is available at any uncovered parking spot. The covered spots are reserved.
Trash receptacle is close to the unit. Opportunity to recycle is available at the city building just down the street. There is a recycle can in the home if desired. Mail box next to the trash receptacle available for use when needed, (key in the home), Quiet time is after 10PM and before 7AM. A pickleball set for up to 4 is available for use as well as a basketball.
