Ski & Relax: Updated Townhome Near Downtown, Casinos & Board Games!

This is a modern 3 bedroom home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in North West Reno. The home is a 2019 build with all new furniture and accessories. It is within walking distance to many amenities, including grocery stores, superstores, gas stations, and other shopping. Walmart, Safeway, Starbucks, and more; which is perfect for your stay. A quick 10-20 minute drive to anywhere else in Reno and 45 minutes from skiing and Lake Tahoe. UNR and Mackay Stadium is also a short 9 min drive.
The space
A modern design aesthetic is what we've gone for. We wanted to provide a unique space, but also a comfortable space for guests/families.

Very comfortable, clean and stocked with all you need. Convenient location close to UNR and lots of shopping near by. We’ve stayed here a few times and keep coming back!

Quiet, close to so much

We were here for a softball tournament in Sparks for our daughter. This place was the perfect location for us. It was close to great restaurants in downtown Reno and some within walking distance. On our off days, we even traveled to City and Lake Tahoe

Great property for a family

We had a great visit to Reno for my father’s 80th birthday and this house was the perfect place for my family of 8 to stay! The home is well appointed, in a central location, very clean and comfortable.

2nd time staying and always nice

Another great stay at this townhome! Location is convenient to UNR and lots of shopping and restaurants. House is clean and kitchen has lots of extras to make your stay easy. Beds were comfortable and house was cozy.
