The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for sitting or sleeping depending on your needs. There is plenty of room to spread out given the open floor plan. The main bedroom with a queen bed that sits back behind the second bedroom bunk area. Which has a full mattress on the bottom and a twin above it. (Please note, these room are joined together, you must walk through the bunk room to get to the main bedroom. There is a door to separate them, but they are still connected). This makes a wonderful space for a small group or families to stay and enjoy the surrounding area of Portland. Perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Being in Happy Valley, you are just a few minutes from groceries, shopping, and freeway access, only 11.8 miles to Portland.
