Our home has been redone from head to toe! Hot tub, pool, 360 red rocks views, short walk to trailheads and uptown. Wake up to nature and local wildlife but still be close to all of the Sedona action. This home is perfect for larger groups or multiple families vacationing together. You are walking distance (<1 mile) from Starbucks, Chipotle, Pink Jeep Tours and the touristy uptown area. Hot tub and pool heating are included in costs. IG handle is VesperHouse.Sedona

Vesper House was wonderful! Beautiful inside and out! We had amazing views, nice pool, hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed, loved the sheets on the beds, great towels and soaps. The house was great for being stocked in the supplies we needed from spices, laundry soap, shampoo and lotions to plenty of pool towels! We had an amazing time and appreciated that the pool and hot tub was maintained each day to ensure things were clean and properly working! Spent lots of time down in the pool! We cooked lots of meals at the house, used the grill and enjoyed lots of card games on the patio. We were also able to walk the short distance down to the shops for coffee in the morning and amazing local restaurants for dinner at night. Great place to stay!!

4d/4n for some hiking/biking. Very clean and well appointed. We cooked all of our meals in and it worked out perfectly.

This location and property is a no-brainer.The pictures don’t do it justice, all nine women were thrilled with this Airbnb. Very walkable to everything. Beautiful views.Great mattresses and soft sheets. The pool was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Beautifully stylized.The front patio has a gas fireplace, which was a hit at night. The back dinner table had lots of space for everyone. I would highly recommend and would love to return.

Uptown Sedona at its best

This place was fabulous in every sense for 4 couples exploring Sedona. Clean and beautifully appointed and detailed. The views are phenomenal for morning coffee on the deck with a fire as well as for dinner on the patio outside on the other side of the house. The hosts had so many kitchen items available for group cooking. Decide was new and stylish. Quick walk to restaurants and shops. Perfect starting point for days of hiking.

Best stay in Sedona!

This was a beautiful and comfortable home for our group of 11 girlfriends. The host is very helpful and communicative and the house is well-appointed - items like extra towels and a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and other necessities that the host provides helped us get settled quickly. Of course, the views from the home and neighborhood are incredible and our group very much enjoyed being able to walk to town every day - it made logistics a breeze. This felt like a quality, well-maintained home, which is rare to find with vacation rental homes these days!

Perfect Stay in Sedona 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Sedona! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet. The house was over-the-top clean, one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. From kitchen essentials to extra blankets, we didn’t have to purchase a single thing.The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days of hiking and sightseeing. And the views? Stunning! Watching the sunrise and sunset from the house was truly breathtaking.This place exceeded all our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing in Every Way

Two families- total of 8, 4 “kids” in early 20s. Best accommodations we’ve ever stayed in- comfort (beds, couches, seating for eating), extremely well stocked and organized house for all. There was not one thing we wished was there that wasn’t. Prime location for walking to town, walking to hikes. Pool and hot tub perfect. The only thing bad about this is that it came to an end. We will definitely return and recommend to everyone we love. Jenny was very responsive to all. So happy we found it!

Fabulous Reunion Weekend

The Vesper house was the perfect getaway for our group of 11 girlfriends! The home was stunning, with beautiful decor, and the views were magnificent! The home was well equipped with anything you may need during your stay. We had two wonderful home cooked dinners and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking. The weather was cooler, but It was wonderful to be able to access the Soldier Wash Trails just a few blocks away and enjoy the hot tub! The location also very convenient with a short walk to the main road with many shops and restaurants. We were able to walk a few blocks to hop on the trolley tour (best tour guide Eric) which I highly recommend! Communication with our host was always very fast, with many recommendations for our stay. We will always have very fond memories of our stay at the Vesper home in Sedona!

This property was perfection! It's within walking distance of everything. The amenities were gorgeous. The owners were responsive. They provide just about any cooking utensil you can think of. The pool and hot tub were so much fun. Our entire family had their own spaces. Absolutely amazing place to stay for that Sedona retreat.
