We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established hours), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in accommodation. However, we will be aware of anything you need during your stay.

Downtown Cancun is a vibrant and lively area that offers a unique mix of local culture, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It is the heart of the city and is the place where locals and tourists mingle to enjoy all that Cancun has to offer.
In the center of Cancun, you will find numerous traditional markets such as the famous Mercado 28, where you can find handicrafts, souvenirs and local products. There are also endless restaurants and cafes offering a wide variety of regional and international cuisine, as well as clothing stores, jewelers and other shops.
One of the main attractions in downtown Cancun is Parque de las Palapas, a public park where cultural events and outdoor concerts take place. In addition, in the area there is also the ADO, a bus station where you can take transport to other parts of the city and the state of Quintana Roo.
Getting Around:
You can explore the area on foot, but if you are interested in transportation or car rental, your Concierge can help you book those services.

The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are located in common areas and it is to reinforce the security of the condominium.
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.
For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
