Beautiful newly renovated multi-level Townhouse. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults with multiple decks overlooking the Great Harbour Cay marina. Enjoy watching the coming and going of boats headed out for a day of sailing, deep-drop, or flats fishing. This is where the action is, right off the front deck of your condo where you can view the marina and your boat tied up at your own private slip below. (Slip available in summer months. Often available off-season as well but helpful to confirm with actual travel dates.)Townhouse is available for booking Memorial Day through Labor Day. Inquire if you are interested in any of the off-season dates as it is sometimes available.

The home has an open-plan, living, dining, and kitchen area with sliding glass doors to an outer screened-in deck that has an additional seating and eating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, ice maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, etc. The living room has several comfy couches and a smart tv. There is wifi throughout the house.

All linens and towels are provided along with a washer and dryer. On the first level, there is a storage/pantry area with a built-in wine refrigerator and a half bath. The upstairs has two generous bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with two Queen beds. Both have private bathrooms and sliding glass doors that open out to a deck with chairs that look out over the marina. Each room has a large area with ample drawers and storage for all belongings, clothes, etc.

If you wish to head out on the water for a day visiting local islands, beaches, and bars, or head out to do some fishing, snorkeling, and/or lobstering we have a captain and boat available for charter. Full details are available upon request. And if bone fishing is your desire, we can help connect you to all the local guides.

Come and enjoy a relaxing time in the Bahamas, watching the comings and goings of Great Harbour Cay marina.

Great spot for fisherman

This is a great location if you want to arrive on your boat and fish. The docks have been redone and are very nice. Also, easy access to water and power. The unit was easy to check into, communication was great with the owner and manager, and it was exactly as expected. We will be back.

Perfect Bahamian Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay here and will be back! We loved the unit and the friendliness of the neighbors. Perfect place to take your boat and enjoy the great fishing and diving. Even booked a back country fly fishing and lobstering trip. Can’t wait to go back. Mark was super accommodating when we had to come in a day early to dodge a hurricane!

Grand Cay Get Away

This was a short (2 day) boating stopover on our way back to Florida. There was only a vacancy for two days or we would have stayed longer. The house was perfect in all aspects, especially if you are a boater. The host could not have been better, and was very responsive to any questions we may have had. We hope to return next year.
