Very clean, well-appointed space. Had everything we needed and the A/C was able to keep up with the Denver heat, which was critical. Elizabeth responded to my questions immediately. Easy to drive to Botanical Garden and museums.

Perfect for what we needed

My brother and I just needed a place to stay near downtown for a quick visit, and this little guest house was perfect for this. Everything was clean and cozy. I also really enjoyed the easy walkability of this area.

Easy peasy

No interaction with host- only because everything was as advertised and there were no issues at all! Great neighborhood, close to walk to or drive places, easy access to neighboring towns! Would definitely come back here.

The rental is super clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great- just off Broadway where you can walk to so many stores/restaurants and bars. The owner responds to emails very quickly. Only downside is the stairs to the entrance. Definitely will stay there again!

Cute Stay on S. Broadway

We enjoyed several days at this cute spot. It was nice to have parking included and be able to walk to several coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We used it as a home base for exploring Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs. Lots of thoughtful extras included by the host. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay here was fabulous! Elizabeth was very responsive to our requests and it worked well for our visit to Denver. You need to follow the directions because it is a little tricky when you first arrive. After that we found it to be a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the place very clean!

Cute little 2 bedroom in cool neighborhood

We were so impressed with how clean and well-provisioned the place was. Newly updated and new appliances were a huge plus. Walked everywhere from here. Broadway has also sorts of restaurants and bars just steps from your door. The entrance stairs could be tricky for some because they are steep but no problems for us. Great stay!

This property was really well located for our purposes. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Centrally.located for visiting things we wanted to do in Denver. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Just quirky enough to have character.

Devine Denver Apartment

Super clean, upgraded, comfortable and convenient location to restaurants. Loved the off road parking. Felt very secure! Minutes away from down town Denver. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend others do too!

Had it all

Can’t say enough about how well appointed this place was. Not only was it updated and clean but every detail was covered to make you feel at home. From comfortable beds/pillows, paper towels, tissues, tp, all soaps/detergents, shampoo/conditioner and even sunscreen! The host was easily reached and tended to the TV remote issue we had immediately We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to all

Cute Space

Perfect for what we needed it for. We were in Denver for a family reunion. This was close to my cousin who was hosting. Very clean, well cared for & secure. Parking is off alley which can be a tight fit especially on trash day but better than parking in the street. Very nice!

Cozy rental

Property is just as described. Modern, well maintained and well stocked. Despite being on a busy street, was for the most part very quiet. A couple hiccups during our stay, but the owners were very responsive. Would recommend as long as you do not have any mobility issues since there are stairs to access as noted in the photos.

Clean, Safe, and Walkable

I stayed here for a week and had two groups of friends join me at different times. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, you can definitely walk to the grocery store (just a little bit of a trek if you're carrying heavy items). There were also gyms nearby but most of all, we felt very safe staying there. Being above ground level and having locks on the fences, front door and bedroom doors, was clutch. The washer dryer made it easy to enjoy a long stay without having to pack a ton and parking was easy. It was also clean and spacious enough for 3 people to stay at once.

Great stay

We booked this place for one night as we wanted to visit the Christmas light display at the Denver Botanical gardens. The location was just a short ride share ride away. Elizabeth, the host, was incredibly easy to work with and was a quick and efficient communicator. Having found out that my wife and I, along with the other couple we went with, are big brewery people, Elizabeth recommended a couple places to visit and they did not disappoint. The apartment was exactly as described and was perfect for a one night stay for four people. Having only one bathroom I’m not sure we would stay more than a couple nights with four of us (maybe I’m a primadonna), but all of us would have been perfectly fine if we did do a second night there. The unit had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The biggest thing was that there was enough basic supplies to last the weekend; and yea, we have been to places where we had to go to the store to buy paper towels and/or toilet paper. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed. Beds were comfortable and clean. Great location with walking distance to several restaurants, night clubs and breweries. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay here because of the location, its so close to everything and the fact there was parking. A few issues though, The bed though is not comfortable in the main room at all. My husband is 6'2 240, it did not accommodate his size, the pillows just fall between the headboard all night long, so the bed and headboard really need to be updated. The internet wasn't working so we had to use the hotspotour so we had to use hotspot to watch the tv. Something's wrong with the TV, it just shuts off at random times. Found a zyn pouch stuck to the table in the room.
