There is a spacious living room with seating for six around the flat screen TV with all nationality channels and FREE wifi and has air conditioning. The dining area easily seats six people as well. There is a balcony to sit and enjoy the day either with a coffee to start with or dinner and a glass of vino in the evening. The apartment has a large fully fitted kitchen with all mod con't required to cater for your holiday. The master bedroom has a double bed as well aircon. The second bedroom has two single beds and aircon also. Bedroom three has two single beds and is located off the balcony and enjoys aircon also. There is a full family bathroom for the apartment. The community has a very large communal pool to enjoy on days when not at the beach.

The apartment is located within the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well known restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer,Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Los Pacaminos ft Paul Young, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2019 Les McKeown's Bay City Rollers on Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.

Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5 minute drive away, or catch a taxi or use the local bus service!

The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.
