Welcome to our charming cottage nestled in the heart of Mount Desert! This cozy retreat is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy the natural beauty of the area

The cottage features two private bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, smart tv's, and plenty of storage space

The living room is warm and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating to chill and recover from the days' excursions

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay

The space
The cottage is freshly designed and decorated with a semi-eclectic modern approach with functionality being of the utmost importance. It's centrally located on the "quiet side" of MDI which makes this a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor.

This cottage is as centrally located on MDI as it gets:
Acadia National Park - 5 miles
Bar Harbor - 7 miles
Southwest Harbor - 4 miles

***Cleanliness is our top priority. The beds are prepared with mattress and pillow protectors, and mattress pads. After every guest, the beds are prepared with freshly laundered sheets and comforters with spares in the linen closet. All surfaces of the cottage are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests. Our standards are very high and anything short of immaculate is unacceptable.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals for your stay. Everything is clearly labeled so you can find what you're looking for with ease.

Lightly stocked pantry basics (olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper, cumin, cinnamon, etc.)

Beverages
Coffee and tea provided, 1 teapot, glasses, cocktail sets, wine glasses (with a corkscrew and bottle openers), martini glasses, mugs, and a pitcher.

Appliances
Dishwasher, Airfryer, microwave, toaster, 2 in 1 coffee maker for Keurig or drip, undercabinet lights.

Cookware
Cutting boards, Knife set, cooking utensils, silverware, strainer, casserole dishes, storage containers, muffin and cake tins, baking sheets, rolling pin, pots and pans, pizza cutter, can opener, lemon juicer.

Supplies
Trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponges, washcloths, hand towels, cleaning supplies, paper towels, napkins, plastic wrap, foil, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher.

Living room
Comfortably seats 6, to accommodate more, guests can bring in a foldable chair from the dining room or sit on the pouf ottoman.

A large variety of board and card games for a rainy day (Uno, Scrabble, Chess, Bananagrams, Munchkin, Exploding Kittens, etc.)

Guest access
Guests have full access to the main house. The loft above the garage and upper deck are currently off-limits to guests for renovations. Guests may use the garage for storage (no vehicles). The basement is only for guests to do laundry.
