Welcome to the "Brine House." This fully updated 4/2 home has all the space you need. Grill and picnic table in yard. Washer and dryer make it convenient for laundry. Easy on off 35.
Right off FM 1069 and 35, Aransas Pass.
.5 miles from Walmart and Whataburger
Close to Ingleside, Gregory, Portland.

Règles de l’hébergement

No Fish Cleaning!! Cleaning stations are located at boat ramps. Smoking outside only!
Home is on septic system. Only flush toilet paper. Trash can pick up is on Fridays. Trash can needs to be put out by road by 8am Friday morning.
All dog messes and poop need to be cleaned up. Poop bags in laundryroom!

Absolutely perfect!

Super clean, very spacious and just beautiful. My family and friends and I loved everything about this place. It’s close to the beach and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent house!!

The house was clean, roomy, and well maintained!!! Each guest had theur own room and access to forgotten necessities was close!!! We will definitely try to book again for our annual family trip!!!

Relaxing location

Very nice and relaxing home. Very clean! Close to everything but not in the middle of everything. Very quiet and peaceful.

A true gem with no worries

Great place to spend quality time with my family at the coast….relaxed and close to all the places we wanted to visit and have fun at… clean home and fully equipped to just enjoy and not stress about extra costs that were unnecessary if we would have have been on the island…. Just knowing that my family and dogs could just chill was wonderful…. I will be coming here every time I want to take time off and go to the beach… thank u to the owners for trusting us with their home… we are grateful… see u next year!!!☺️

What a great Place!

We came here with friends to fish. The owner has taken a lot of thought into making sure you have what you need. The home is adorable and so clean! The grill and picnic area we really enjoyed after a long day on the water. It’s very convenient to everything. Very peaceful stay. The owner kept in communication with us to make sure we were ok and did not need anything. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back. We are going to make it a yearly thing.

Great location

Close to Walmart, whataburger, Starbucks. Not far from the beach. Very quiet even though it’s on the highway. Master bedroom could use a closet. And need chest a drawer in all rooms. Need mirrors in bedrooms the digital keypad for the front door is not user friendly takes multiple tries to get the keypad to light up. Wonderful place very clean and the ac works great! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Clean and spacious!

We were very happy with the property overall. It was very clean and well maintained, smartly decorated, and the host had generously provided exactly the type of things guests would need in every room, esp the kitchen, as well as enough bath towels! (Plus toys, a water hose, charcoal grill, etc etc) Convenient location to either Port A, Corpus, or Rockport. Very nearby a Lowe’s, WalMart, HEB, Sonic, Valero. Lots of parking and fully fenced outdoor space which was great for us bc we had three families with young kids. The negatives, very small imo: front door lock I found a lil tricky but nbd in the end, and 1:6 adults reported some road noise overnight. Would definitely choose to stay in the Brine House again.
