The staff were friendly and helpful at every turn, both check-in and check-out were painless & simple, the place was exactly as pictured. We were very pleased with our experience and will certainly consider staying here again in the future. We had fun at the pool, enjoyed the on-site restaurant, and were grateful for the extra linens upon request.

Not something the hotel can control but parking is paid 20 a night. Room was clean, shower and bathroom were hot and nice.

Awesome place to stay, really kid friendly and dogs are welcomed. Pool was super cool, inside/outside connected pool.

I loved the furniture in our room. The restaurant, lobby and Starbucks downstairs were incredible. It exceeded my expectations. I didn’t even want to go out! I just wanted to hang out at the hotel. I can’t wait to come back!

Nice place to stay

Nice size room, clean, heat/ac worked as needed. Nice pool area and restaraunt. Only thing I didn't like was after sitting on couch in room we smelled like smoke

The property was SO pet friendly. We brought our 5 month old Shiba with us as we were attending a concert and all the staff were so friendly and excited to meet him as he was excited to meet new people as well. The hotel was super clean, our room was as described and more, the location and parking were in a safe area, minutes away from downtown Nashville which was convenient and the pricing was so fair, you really can’t beat that. If we’re ever traveling to Nashville again, we will be staying here. No complaints whatsoever

This hotel’s location is convenient to get downtown via short Uber ride. I love that there’s a Starbucks and The Tap Room on the premises, making early morning coffee and food/drinks super convenient. We even took our drinks down to the pool and got some sun while we were there. One negative was the room next to ours had a dog barking occasionally, but otherwise we had a good stay!

Not transparent about the fees you have to pay after you have already prepaid. And yes fees as in multiple. Won't stay here again

Nice hotel with great amenities; however, the shuttle service prioritizes pilots and flight attendants. Even though my party was there prior to any pilot/flight attendant we were asked to get off the shuttle and wait for the next ride. A note on the website regarding this prioritization would be great.
