The view is completely worth it!

The pictures don't do it justice. I walked in and my mouth dropped. I couldn't help but stare out the window any time we were in the room. The condo had everything we needed in it and the beds were very comfortable. Newmark Towers was wonderful and the location was perfect. It is within walking distance to almost everything and a short walk to catch the monorail to the Space Needle. Both the pool and the jacuzzi were at perfect temperatures. Loved this unit!

Amazing view of and short walk to Pike Place Market!

This apartment had an incredible view of Pike Place Market in the heart of Seattle. Walking distance to pretty much everything in the city and short drive to Bellevue, Redmond, etc. Also about a ~3 hr drive to Vancouver. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10!

A wonderful stay in Seattle

We were able to enjoy a great location in the neighborhood and a broad view of the surrounding water and mountains. The staff was there for any questions or issues that we had. We hope to go back and stay there again.

Great location, condo fair

The best feature for this condo is its location and view, can’t beat it. You are situated right at Pike Place Market. The unit itself was just ok. My honest review - linens all had a musty/old smell, washed them all after the first night. Pillows were very thin and not comfortable. I actually went down to the target in the building and purchased $15 pillows for us to use. The living room furniture was more decorative for staging than for comfort. We ended up sitting on the floor at night while watching tv. And maybe it’s picky, but the cheapest 1 ply toilet paper one could buy was supplied. The a/c didn’t work and we reported it the 2nd day and was never repaired during our stay - which is unfortunate as it was one of the reasons we chose the unit. (ac is in living/second bedroom only) Finally, the washer is a mini stackable that really can’t fit much at one time, so did wonder how the cleaning service launders all the towels & sheets. They can’t fit all that into the machine, certainly not the comforters. I’d think they would have duvets so they could at least launder the covers. Truly wondered if either of the comforters had been washed in some time. The kitchen had most all the supplies you’d need if you wanted to cook any meals. Closet in primary bedroom was large. The building staff were all very friendly. We still enjoyed our vacation and while not the best, served its purpose. I might consider this building again in the future but not this particular unit.

Rental through VACASA

The view and location were really great. The rest of the experience there not so much. I will continue to rent through VRBO, as I have been for 15+ years, but if it's a VACASA property I will find somewhere else.

Lots of positives! Amazing view! Overall, great space and location. The condo is clean and well taken care of. In the same building as Target and that made shopping very convenient. Kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed in terms of utensils. Condo was comfortable and well spaced to give everyone room to be alone. Tiny negative, the freezer would sporadically make a very loud noise. Didn't seem like a big deal until the fourth day in the middle of the night. We never mentioned it. Big negative....The A.C. was not working. We communicated that it wasn't working numerous times but it was never fixed while we stayed there. We were told it was being taken care of but it wasn't.The weather was really hot and we ended up staying out longer to avoid coming back to the condo and sitting in worse heat. Most disappointing part of the stay. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Not sure how they dropped the ball so hard on the A.C.
