The Loft: In Little Washington, VA

The Loft is located in the heart of Little Washington, VA and within steps to The Inn at Little Washington. Built in 1950, it has been completely renovated for guests to enjoy and nestles into this historic area in the most charming way. Enjoy a comfortable stay and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.You will feel relaxed and taken care of whether you are here for a night or a few days. With a private bedroom and spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, there's plenty of room for family, work or both.

Includes all basic necessities including bathrobes and free toiletries, has a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, bed linens, towels, free Wifi, free private parking, ac/heat, and outdoor spaces. Pull-out sofa is prepped withclean fitted & flat sheetson the mattress. Extra pillows and blankets are located in the white dresser.
Guests will have access to the entire Loft area. Entrance is in front and free private parking located behind the building. Separate rental offices available on premises if needed.
There are plenty of local attractions to enjoy in and around Sperryville and Little Washington: hiking, cycling, wineries, breweries, art galleries, fine dining, spas, walking trails, caverns, and endless spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

This is a cute loft appropriate for a short stay for 2 adults. Very clean and the host was super responsive. Carpeting and some of the furnishings are on the older side. There is no oven, but there is a microwave and a portable electric cooktop.The location is perfect for strolling through the beautiful grounds at The Inn at Little Washington. PattyO’s is a great spot for lunch and dinner. This area has spotty cell coverage, but the WiFi at the loft is reliable and strong. There is one week in July each year where The Inn at Little Washington closes for “rejuvenation”, so if you’re planning on dinner or tea at the inn make sure you avoid booking during that week.

The property is steps away from the Inn, making the indulgence there easier! Only thing to note is that to access the apartment, you have to go up/down steep stairs in case that’s an issue. If you’re tall, might be harder with the lower ceilings and smaller shower (great water pressure). But the space is larger than what appears in the photos with the kitchenette and sitting area sep from the bedroom. Perfect for us as we combined lots of hiking and exploring with lovely meals at the Inn for a leisurely evening.

Magical little place!

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay and plan to return for a quiet escape. It’s much bigger than it appears in pictures and was the perfect little retreat. We can dinner at the Inn and it was an easy walk down the road.

Great for visiting the Inn

The loft is a 2-3 minute walk from the Inn at Little Washington and a fraction of the cost. The property is cozy and exactly as it appears in the photos. My husband and I had dinner reservations at the Inn and stayed here vs. spending another $2k to stay just down the street. Highly recommend staying here if you’re dining at the Inn!
