Beautiful Newly Renovated 3 BR Mille Lacs Lakeside Cottage Remodeled from top to bottom, this three-bedroom villa features sleek upgrades like wide-plank floors on the main level and fresh carpet in the bedrooms. Fine touches continue in the kitchen, with exquisite quartz counters and stainless appliances. Open and airy, the living room offers a comfortable upholstered sofa. A wood fireplace warms the space and a 58” flat-screen TV is available for movie nights. A convenient half bath is located adjacent. The brand-new white cabinets in the fully-equipped kitchen, and stainless appliances make cooking a snap. A dining table seats four, with room for four more at the kitchen bar. Upstairs, the main bedroom is a soothing retreat with neutral colors and handsome furniture. It has a king bed, unbeatable views of the lake and plenty of storage. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in spa shower with large marble vanity. Two guest bedrooms are also across the hall featuring new queen beds with soothing dĂ©cor and furniture. There is also a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. You will have access to all of Izatys' amenities including golf course, marina, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis/pickleball courts, putting green and more. Winter is also a great time to visit for ice fishing, snowmobiling and ATV trails given proximity to Soo Line Trail.

This is the second time staying at this rental. This place is very clean and the listing is accurate. Easy in, great parking, and very comfortable space. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The only suggestion I have is to add a tv or 2 to the bedrooms for families or those who just want some private space

Out stay was excellent! We really enjoyed the cottage and it had everything we needed. The master bed was super comfortable and we loved the balcony with the view of the lake. Two chairs would be great. There was only one. We enjoyed golf at the club along with a day of fishing on the lake. It was so quiet and just a beautiful getaway! Thanks Matt!

Didn’t use amenities!! The only strange thing was there wasn’t a House Rules book stating how to navigate the house! There wasn’t any firewood for the wood burning fireplace which would have been nice for Christmas Eve, if we needed to get our own, it would’ve been good to know that?! There were not any exit rules as to bedding, garbage, etc!!!!!!! Otherwise no complaints!

A beautiful renovated property. It features updated finishes throughout and is very clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nicely appointed and organized. Check in and checkout was convenient and uncomplicated. Highly recommended.

Izaty's Townhome

We were at Izaty's for a wedding so this townhome worked out perfectly for us. The location was close to the weekend events and had a nice view of the lake. It worked out great for our group of six adults.

We had a great stay at this lakeside cotttage. It was right on the lake, there were firepits for campfires and plenty of room for the kids to play. They enjoyed the pool and fishing as well. The cottage had everything we needed while we were there.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My family stayed at this property for the long holiday weekend and it was perfect. The condition of the beach villa was exactly as advertised and besides being clean it felt like it was brand new. The lake view from the unit is impressive and the large open yard between allows plenty of room to spread out and spend the weekend outside by the lake. Besides that we were able to golf, fish and go to a number of restaurants nearby. We highly recommend staying here and plan to return on our next visit to the resort.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

This place was very well decorated, right on the water, very comfortable. We brought our own firewood and used the wood-burning fireplace, great for the cold rainy weather. The remote for the TV in the living room probably needs new batteries, it was being a little "glitchy". Great please - would absolutely recommend!

Wonderful Condo

We loved everything about this property. Super clean and newly remodeled. We had three teenage boys and they loved the pool and fishing. We rented Side-by-sides just down the road. The trails are so close, and it was a blast. Highly recommend.

Modern accommodations with beautiful view!

This was a beautiful place and sat right on the lakefront. We found everything well-stocked with nice utensils and cooking tools in the kitchen. There’s a cute screen in porch that leads out to the lake. We would grab our cup of coffee in the morning and sit in the big chairs by the lake - a perfect way to wake up! Everything was very modern and up-to-date. It was just a couple of minutes to walk to the marina or Izaty’s pool, so very convenient to use the resort amenities too.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location, clean, etc. A few items that we were unable to find/use and think would be helpful in a future stay: No hair dryer (listed in property ad) ice maker not working (can hear water running to it, but no ice) no soap/gel in the showers (not listed, but appreciated) Tub stopper didn't work - had to use one from the kitchen No stokers or cleaning items for the fireplace. Other than these minor inconviniences, it was great! Thanks!

Great Stay

The villa is exactly as described and shown on the listing. Everything is remodeled and very nice. The only thing that I would not have been able to use was the fireplace, as I think it is wood burning and there was no wood provided. It was not an issue for me, as I likely would not have fired it up. Kitchen appliances and cookware/dishes were new and great, bathrooms were well appointed and the place was spotless!

Nicely redecorated - kitchen was great. It would have been nice if there were TVs upstairs. The only one quit working (remotes) even after changing batteries. Had to turn on and off manually and stuck on one channel. Didn't bode well for the young ones. We didn't receive check-in instructions so had to text on way up but when received getting in was easy. There were also to have been wristbands for the pool (4) but none were found. Were told the cleaning people probably threw them out but thinking that was a stretch. Went to lodge as instructed but no record was on file for the owner and the cost was $300 ea. to replace. We passed on that but the lodge was very kind and gave us day bands so we could take the kids. Later 4 permanent wristbands were delivered. There were no check-out instructions but being seasoned renters we did what we normally do and left it in better condition than when we got there. Furniture on porch is very sparse and of the bargain store, fold-up variety. No outdoor chairs to use, however, I guess we could have taken the 2 porch chairs outside. Oh, and bring your own bath soap as there was none.

The place was excellent. We just ate for a quick overnight to fish in the area so didn't really experience much else. My only minor beef was there was a bunch of flies, but we got rid of them quickly. Great communication with the landlord and no issues whatsoever.
