Waikoloa Condo: Beach, Family fun with swimming and sunbathing!

Summary:

This 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is the perfect location for your Hawaiian vacation.

The unit features a primary suite with a king sized bed, It has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and vanity, soaking tub, large glass enclosed shower, and walk in closet. We have installed new smart TV's in the unit which are larger and newer than what is shown in the pictures.



The Space:

The second bedroom has twin beds. The second bathroom includes a combination

tub/shower.



Guest Access:

The full kitchen is complete with granite countertops and cherry cabinets. It’s fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, and pans you need to prepare a special meal.

The living room features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and internet.



The Neighborhood:

The Fairway Villas is centrally located within the resort with golf course and lagoon views. The complex features a huge pool, hot tub, private exercise facility and barbecue area.



Located nearby are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops, venues for shopping and fine dining. Anaehoomulu Bay Beach is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive away.



Getting Around:

Getting around Waikoloa is easy! Right outside of our complex you can shop and dine at our Queens Shops. Free parking is available on the premises, and you'll also find free parking on the street. For those flying in, the nearest airport is Kona International Airport (KOA), approximately a 30-minute drive away. Public transportation options are limited in this area. Consider renting a car to explore the Big Island at your own pace and discover all the stunning beaches, golf courses, and attractions this beautiful location has to offer. The Fairway Villas complex is centrally located, making it convenient to access shops, restaurants, and beaches.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this condo is located on the second floor, but an elevator is available for your convenience.



We supply everything you need for a day at the beach including boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Just bring your bathing suit!



Our cancellation policy is intentionally very flexible for your convenience. However, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our owners, as they result in lost revenue that cannot be recovered.



If you think there’s any chance your plans may change during the period when the cancellation policy is in effect, we strongly recommend purchasing the low-cost travel insurance offered at booking. This ensures that you’ll be eligible for the refund you’re hoping for, even if unforeseen circumstances arise.
