Terrific ski slopes await at Cannon Mountain and Loon Mountain, with great hiking trails all around. Tour the area and discover delightful attractions like Jerry Jam, the Bath Covered Bridge, Kilburn Crags, the Rocks, the Maplewood Golf Course, Hatchland Farm, and Schilling Beer Co., all within an 18-mile radius. Santa's Village is within 32 miles and offers plenty of holiday-themed fun.

This property offers a fantastic outdoor space with a picnic table, screened porch for morning coffee and wildlife observation, and plenty of yard space to play cornhole or other games. In fact, you'll have 23 acres to explore! Stroll through the fields, and enjoy the beautiful wildflowers throughout the space. Visit the old pond. You may even see monarch butterflies flying about. After a day full of activities, kick back and relax in the private sauna.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. The open floor plan was designed with togetherness in mind, so no conversation would be lost here. The spacious home is perfect for groups and family reunions and sharing memories. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book by the gas stove, or indulging in a favorite movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and hiking snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures.
